Great prices and staff
Great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I saw a very good deal on a hedge trimmer and so rang them up to double check it was in stock before committing, because it still wasn't cheap. They confirmed it was and also said if I got the order in within the next hour, they could ship it for delivery next day. Very happy.

After ordering and paying a small fortune for next day delivery, the order didn't turn up! I have emailed twice to see what could be done, but unfortunately I am still waiting for a response. Clearly customer service isn't this companies strong point.
*EDIT*. Thank you for responding so quickly. I have sent you proof of my emails to you via the email you sent me earlier, showing the two emails I sent to George Browns.

Good service but watch the delivery company.
The service from you was very good. The only thing to let you down was the delivery company. Said they would deliver Friday morning but then an email Friday lunch time to say it's been moved to Monday. When it came the box was bashed a bit and a packet of screws fell out. Luckily it was just on our drive and nothing else was missing. Product excellent.
