Everyone is really efficient and knowledgeable within the field, which makes sourcing parts to complete repairs easier for myself and is extremely helpful. Great service.

Great service

Went to the shop today and got all my tools I needed for my construction. Luckily T was there to sort it out and ordered more appropriate stuff.

The manager at the branch was really…

The manager at the branch was really helpful, he had good insight into their products and his knowledge reflected that he is an expert in his field. He gave us good advice and we felt well looked after and were re-assured that we had made the right choice when we left the branch. Thanks T, you will be seeing us again! (Leicester Branch 4510)

I visit George Boyd Leicester branch…

I visit George Boyd Leicester branch 4510 quite regularly. The store always seems to be well stocked and the staff are very welcoming, polite and friendly. Asif and T were of really great help when I was looking for an item which was not in stock. They both went above and beyond for me. They managed to order my item for me to be delivered. There customer service was excellent and I left a happy customer.

Service with a Genuine Smile

Visited Leicester branch 4510 earlier today to get some door handles and other bits. Was given great advice and help by the manager T and his colleague Asif. Highly recommend them for their brilliant customer service.
