A shame i couldnt use 0 - what a bunch of crooks. Product is poor and so requested refund - was told to send items back so did. I have been waiting now since 11th May for refund with all the excuses under the sun - our bank wont process the refund being one - but the end result is that I do not have the product, am out of pocket for return postage and have lost £27 for original purchase. A complete rip off by a totally unrelaible company. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Update - thought I would include some of the comments received!!
1) At this stage, the delay appears to be with the payment provider. However, please be assured that I am not simply leaving the matter there. I am actively working with the payment provider and doing
everything I can to help resolve the situation and ensure the refund reaches your account as soon as possible
2) Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing an issue with our banking/payment provider, which is affecting the completion of some refund transactions. While the refund has already been issued from our end, the provider's processing delay is preventing the funds from being reflected in customers' accounts as quickly as expected
3) Please rest assured that your refund has already been initiated from our side, and there can sometimes be a short delay while it is processed by your original payment provider before it appears in your account.

There are more but this gives a flavour of what a bunch of crooks this scam company is.

Still waiting for a refund nearly two months after the purchase. Socks are nothing like what they claim and exceuses for no refund are continually the banking systems fault.

Still waiting for refund total load of crap, The excuses they come up with are comical to say the least,
At first they told me i would get a full refund of £49.99
within 24/48 hrs nothing ,contacted them yes it had been approved but now it is under review, contacted again trouble with their banking refund system,Stay well away from this total scam.

Ordered Gentsure's Bamboo Socks at the end of April. They never arrived. After 10 days or so, Evri informed me that the parcel (coming from China) was lost. Contacted Gentsure for a refund - still waiting! My advice - give Gentsure a wide berth! This is a FB scam

I ordered the socks on a "buy 4 pairs get 4 free deal"with free returns! The socks took weeks to arrive from China, when they arrived I was surprised that they were regular socks (the advert made me think they were sports socks) so I contacted them about a return. They offered me 25% refund, I told them they were no use to me and requested a returns label. They then offered me 50% refund and keep the socks, and also gave me a return address and offered a full refund, i asked if that included my my postage, no I had to pay postage, at that stage they said that they have processed a 50% refund, which I am still waiting to arrive.
They offer free returns but dont give it, beware!!!

Socks are comfortable but took weeks to arrive. I hoped to get the offer buy 4 get 4 free. when arrived only 4 pairs. Wrote to company who advised me that when I ordered only but 1 lot of 4 in basket and I should have put 2. I wrote back and told them this wasnt very plain and as I am registered blind I may have misread this. They also suggested I re order but I explained that as they are so expensive couldnt afford to. I am awaiting a reply bitterly disappointed wouldnt order again

Very, very nice people running this business. Great communication, quick to reply to emails, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I received the socks after waiting weeks. Half an hour after putting a pair on, I have a pitted ring around each leg. A complete waste of money and false advertising. Even as I put them on, I could tell the top of the socks was tight and was not surprised by their failure to do what I was promised they would.

Sicks were very thin, comfortable but the sock tops still left quite noticeable grip marks on my legs
Also the delivery time from china was abysmal .I thought they were never coming .

Socks not exactly as described. Very short almost ankle size. Do still grip quite tightly and leave perhaps a smaller mark. Had planned to buy more but having tried these I will go elsewhere

I suffer from Oedema and most socks, after wearing all day, leave an indentation in my leg. I bought Gentsure socks as they promised they wouldn't. Fully pulled on, the socks reach two thirds up my leg and mark. In order to completely remove any marks, I have to fold the top of the socks down until the tightest end comes just above my ankle on a more bony part of my leg. Even then, the socks that are left above this are double thickness and still mark my leg, although much less. I am not a big man either (10 stone). So they work to a certain extent, but are now short ankle socks and still mark.
