I found this website while looking for a ring for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I immediately loved the unique designs and decided to get the Acadia ring because it had my birthstone in it (opal). After purchasing it I received and email immediately saying that I would receive updates during the making and shipping process of my ring. I received one email a day later saying they were currently engraving my ring and it would be done in 3 business days. 5 days passed and no update. So I tried to email them…it said their email did not exist. So I messaged them on instagram and in their chat box on the website. Someone responded to my inquiry from their chat box in an email apologizing saying they would send the the package number and tracking information (they did). I felt a little more at ease after that, but still nervous I got scammed due to bad reviews online. But here we are!! About 2 weeks after I ordered it, it has arrived. Packaging was decent and the ring “box” is pretty nice. The ring seems real, has a good weight and quality. I honestly was very scared it was a fake website, but I can say with relief the ring is very nice and my boyfriend better love it. There’s nothing to worry about with them as long as you talk to them through the chat option ON the website and put in your email where you can talk to a real person on their team. Whereas if you try and email THEM it will not work (not sure why)

Total scam - took my money and did not send order number acknowledgment. I have written 3 times to their customer support and received no reply . I have called countless times and received a I am sorry the party you are trying to reach is not available ( English accent) left messages and zero response

i ordered a ring that was whiskey barrel and carbon fiber. I didnt realize it had a wooden whiskey barrel "sleeve" i contacted the company and Sarah the representative was great! She offered a different ring and explained the sleeve part. I had a beautful ring within a week that came with engraved customization! I was really pleased with their customer service.

The ring I ordered did not come close to the website picture, including color and fit. As I have been attempting to return the ring for a refund gentlebands customer service has tried multiple times to convince me to exchange instead, and ignores my requests to return, despite their claim that they offer free returns. Their website also has a lot of 5 star reviews, but as a customer it’s not possible to leave a review.

I brought a ring earlier this year and the whole process was easy and fast delivery from UK to Australia. The ring fitted perfectly but had lost a fair bit of weight since originally purchasing the ring. I reahed out to Gentlebands asking about the free resizing and received a response within an hour or so. They were more than happy to send a new ring free of charge. The ring was dispatched within two days and only took 5 days to arrive to me in Australia. I can't recommend them enough and thank them for outstanding customer service and ease of the whole process. Can't thank Emily from customer support though the whole experience and great customer service. She updated me with every step.

Ordered ring come to find out we don’t like it and prefer something else from another store. I nicely asked to return and they gave me the run around choose a different ring etc. I said no unfortunately we are not interested… now we’re are stuck with this ring that will never be used 😡

I am unsure why the ratings to this company is so low, but I would like to share my experience. I ordered from gentle bands about a month ago the order that I made on the gavotte ring. Was not an in stock or overstock item thankfully. The customer service representative Sarah contacted me to let me know that it would take a processing of about 30 days from start to finish to complete the ring and asked if we would like to wait or would we like to look for a different ring and swap it out? I told her we would definitely like to wait for their artesian to craft that specific ring for us Sarah kept us up-to-date through the whole process. We received our package yesterday and we could not be any more happier. The ring we ordered in person is 100 times better than the photos online the artesian who crafted our rings name was Krystal Clifton I will most definitely be buying all of my future rings through gentlebands, and there artesian. The customer service was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for any better progress to go more smoothly.. I highly recommend this company. And the price for what we received just phenomenal

Ordered a ring to celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary from Gentlebands. It was shipped 2 days later via USPS. The ring didn't arrive in time for the celebration. In fact it was nowhere to be found. Contacted the company and the service rep apologized and sent a replacement that was received within a week. About 40 days later, guess what, the original ring order was delivered by the USPS, 30 days late! I contacted Gentlebands and they told me to keep the extra ring and again apologized for the inconvenience. Great doing business with them. Great Service Team too! Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future and telling my friends and family about the pleasant experience with them and my not so pleasant experience with the USPS!

I have been trying to get a replacement ring since 12/24 and it's JULY 2025. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any online bussiness. My Husbands weddimg ring was stolen and Gentle Bands does NOT stand by their promise to replace the ring.

I really like my ring from here. No problems with delivery and it looks exactly like I was expecting. The best thing is the lifetime guarantee. I'll admit that I was skeptical but as someone who loses things a lot, it seemed worth a try. I lost my ring almost exactly 6 weeks after my wedding....I emailed saying what happened and they sent a new one free of charge in express post. I was absolutly stoked and so was my wife :-). Would 100% reccomend

I'm a genuine customer from Scotland. I ordered the Black Label wedding ring with free engraving. The ring arrived beautifully packaged, incredibly well engraved - all within 10 days!
The ring was a little on the large side, probably due to my fault in not carefully measuring my finger properly. On honeymoon I almost lost it in the sea, as it was loose, so decided to request a smaller size (as promised in the company's website).
My email request was responded to within an hour, and they confirmed that they would send a replacement ring immediately. They said there was no need to return the original, which means I can keep the one I wore on my wedding day, but wear the new one without fear of losing it.

I simply can't understand the negative comments about this company. They have been simply incredible in their customer service. I was dealing with Sarah, but suspect this is an automated name, which is a shame as it would have been nice to give credit where it was due.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and can't rate their quality, service, delivery and customer service highly enough.

Ordered June 18 and paid expedited delivery. This was a birthday gift for my husband. It is July 5th and still no ring. I believe all email responses from them are auto generated. Highly dissatisfied.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews about service, because I just had a great experience with customer service. Maybe they are making an effort to fix this.

My ring came within a week and a half of ordering or so.. it had an engraving too. The quality was great but it was not quite the look my fiance wanted after all, plus we ordered too large of a size using their measure at home technique. The website is not clear about the return policy for engraved rings so I figured I would not be able to return and only exchange. When I explained to customer service I did not wish to exchange, they refunded me (the same day) AND told me to keep the ring.

Customer service is excellent and they really went out of the way to satisfy our order! We ordered matching bands for wedding and needed one resized. They were quick to respond and the ring arrived shortly after. Rings as a product are really nice and quality. We enjoy the infinity bands for our special day. Thanks Gentlebands! ~MKN

This company cannot provide a direct answer to a simple question. On top of that, the quality of these rings are terrible. Im upset with the customer service and lack of direct answers. Do not waste your time or money. My ring broke after 10 months of purchase and these are not made with the materials they say.

We ordered my husbands ring from here, he works with heavy machinery and the ring chipped. I contacted the company via email and within hours had a reply. I was able to reorder a new ring, half size smaller per my husbands request. They sent the new ring within a few days. When we got the replacement, we noticed our special engraved message wasn’t on the ring so I reached back out to the company. Again, they responded super quick and offered us another ring, any size and engraved message. They have been extremely pleasant to work with. Despite the negative reviews on here, I’ve had nothing but good results with them so far. We’re currently waiting on our ring but they have emailed the status each day. The quality and design of the rings are nice, price seemed fine considering how much we paid years ago for a white gold one.

I ordered a wedding ring from this company after seeing the unique whisky barrel band, had never seen anything like it before and ordered despite some of the negativr reviews, i incorrectly measured my finger and it was slightly too large, i emailed customer support late at night and by the time i had woke the next morning and had a email back condirming a re sizer would be sent to confirm the correct size and once i have the correct size they would send me a new ring with the same engravment on the original, unexpectedly they also said i can keep the original which by this point i had got married so was very happy with this, today the new ring arrived and fits perfect and i would recomend this company to anyone as i had nothing but a positive experience.

I picked out my favorite wedding band here ($230). Then I did a Google search by image and found the exact same ring for $23. I recommend you do the same. They have some nice stuff, but they didn't make it. Don't spend $230 on a $23 ring.

I did this because other people called them out on stealing their designs. They even use the same pictures as the original sellers
