I always received excellent service from Gentenox. However, as it has grown and the team expanded, the quality seems to have dropped. Additionally, the recent price increase for my package is disappointing.

****UPDATE***** I finally won my case with PayPal and got my money back!!*****Created a fake subscription and charged PayPal $80. Trying to contest through PayPal is impossible because none of the choices equal the alleged "service" I was supposedly given. "Doggy Plan" was a one time purchase that I never even received information on how to find the materials. Only after Googling and discovering the name "gentonox" did I discover the horrid reviews.

Beware; be very aware! financial scammers; click on a Facebook link for their dog training plan, and you are automatically signed up for a one off £19.99, and then worse still, £49.99 a month thereafter! I immediately informed their customer service of cancellation,(and my access was indeed closed), but payment via Paypal has gone through (again). Now, cancelled payment route and raised a Paypal dispute, but suspect little hope of PP taking any action.

SCAM This company are behind the doggy-plan scam where they sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge and proceed to take money from your account. The email you recieve when you first purchase makes no mention of a subscription and they won't refund because they say you signed up to it when you made the initial purchase. I know I didn't sign up to any subscription and the fact that I recieved no email about a subscription service or any email to advise that the next payment would be taken is surely evidence enough that this is under hand and a scam. Please report to relevant fraud authority in your country so that these fraudsters can be shut down as soon as possible.

Definitely a scam as I just had a $110 payment deducted without approval from my bank account.

Scammers! Avoid!

I did a one-time purchase of 19,99 Euro through PayPal but later I discovered they took 49,99 Euro monthly from my PayPal account and found out there was a subscription active, which was not communicated. Now I paid 99.98 Euro too much!

I ended the periodic payments and filed a case with PayPal. While the subscription was still valid (within a month after the last payment) my account was closed and I had no access to the order and invoices.

PayPal concluded everything was processed correctly and denied my claim.

Money taken out of my paypal i never got anything from 49.99 plus 9.99 and 19.99 ! Trying to report it to paypal and cant as its asking for a link which i never got from them , i didn't click on a subscription
