She was persuasive, without being forceful and displayed immense awareness of different economic backgrounds and their effect on financial know how’s. She was patient with me and yet succinct, leaving no stone unturned. Exceptional customer service and support!
Earlier today I had a second and conclusive session with Winifred Osakwe who once more gave an impressive presentation and provided valuable insights into financial planning and protection utilizing the Genistar products and resources. It was thorough and took long enough for me to grasp the inherent value derivable through the service Vitality Life provides. I asked lots of questions and Winnifred was professional, deliberate with explanations and guided me through a process I could not have personally managed otherwise. We produced a Multi-Benefit quote which I am happy with and now committed to.
I have learnt valuable lessons from both the first and today's sessions around financial planning and protection and look forward to fairing much better in these aspects of my personal and family life.
