I never knew what to expect when I was…

I never knew what to expect when I was referred to Joy Crofts for a first financial consultation but wow was I impressed. Joy was so gracious with me and made me feel so at ease and created an immediate safe space for me.

I was able to relax which made me feel comfortable with opening up and really being vulnerable with where I currently was and what I actually would like to achieve with the outcome of my situation. Joy took her time with me and broke down all information perfectly and precisely. I left our first consultation feeling so seen and uplifted and that has been the same pattern that has followed with all other encounters with Joy.

I’m so excited to have been introduced to Genistar and want to really thank Joy for giving me a great insight into the company. It’s been amazing so far.

Policy explained in details

I had an awesome experience with Alan Palmer taking me through the process.He took his time to explain in details the nitty gritty of different insurance policies and never got tired of having to explain again if need be. It was precise and well articulated.To be honest, Alan Palmer did excellently well.
