Excellent communication throughout the process, when I had a couple of questions they were extremely helpful and when I discovered that my locking wheelnut was missing (maybe their fault, maybe my fault) instead of arguing the toss with me they just found a mobile locksmith to remove and replace them and didn't charge me anything - they really made the whole experience so much easier

My daughters car was repaired here , took longer than expected but all seamed fine, Then we had the rain, the back of the car was soaked , really soaked, she informed the garage who then said to drop it in to them and they had a look and agreed the seals needed replacing and they would order them, that was around November apparently they are still waiting on the seal. Her insurance has spoken to them 3 times and told them to call her but nothing.

She has a baby where the car seat is in the back so everything is now damp and this morning with the really cold weather the inside of her card was frozen,, not good conditions to have a baby in the car but she has not choice . This is just not acceptable, now looking in to reporting to trading standards.

Their shoddy work was failed by an independent assessor.
Was made to use this place due to a 3rd party hitting our car and admitting full fault.
the job they done was terrible upon inspectyion. Bubbles in all of the paintwork, parts not re-attached properly.
I gave them 2 attempts to rectify the work and lost my patience when Ian the manager was patronising and rude to my wife. His words were 'We're doing nothing else, this is what we call commercially viable quality work" - Yeah sure Ian. ;-)
I insisted on an independent inspection where the assessor took one look at the bubbles in the paint and immediately failed the work.
I'm now taking the car to BMW to have it done properly.
Wasted 7 weeks back and forth with this joke of a company

My insurance company arranged for Gemini to repair my car after it was damaged by a third party. The process was super simple and everyone I spoke to was a credit to the company. They kept me up to date throughout the process and the resulting work on the car was fantastic - excellent service.

My insurance company appointed Gemini ARC to repair my car to which I have been waiting for nigh on two weeks and there is still no indication as to when they will get around to picking up my car or whether I will get a courtesy car which I should be entitled to receive.
I have had to do makeshift repairs to my car just so I can get to and from work on a daily basis ☹️

Received great satisfaction with every item of my car repair. From initial Telephone call on the day that I reported the incident to the Insurance company I was given a repair date and was constantly updated on the progress of repair. The car was returned in an immaculate clean condition, looking like new.

So I've never had an accident before and after the run around from my insurance company and 3 approved garages NOT wanting to do the work, the 4th garage my insurance recommended was Gemini at Leeds. I spoke and dealt with a chap called Jonny - WOW what a fabulous guy! He made me feel less stressed and at eas with the whole process of what was going to happen. He arranged for my car to be picked up 1 week later and drop off a courtesy car. Gemini had my car for 6 days. I was kept well informed throughout the duration. If I ever need any work doing in future I will be ringing Jonny at leeds. Thank you again for the excellent service and follow up phone call.(the lady with the 'rusty colour' Mokka 🤣).

Recently had a minor repair through insurance at Nottingham branch. They have damaged my rear offside alloy. After a few initial issues it has been sorted and back to its gleaming best. Very happy thank you!!

My vehicle was involved in a non fault accident and my insurance company put forward Gemini Wakefield branch to do the Repairs. The service we have received from Sue and Steve has been above and beyond, even to the point of providing with me a courtesy vehicle because my insurance company who appointed enterprise to supply me with one couldn’t. And my insurance were no help whatsoever. Once again, thanks for the smooth process and excellent customer service!

I wanted to take my car to Gemini Chesterfield for repair, my insurance company who use a second company to sort out repairers said that the above was at that time not on their list. I complained and they changed their mind and I was allowed to use Gemini.
From the start Gemini were excellent, inspected the damage, arranged a courtesy car and booked the car in. 3 days later as promised the car repair was complete, collected the car, perfect repair, the car had been polished and valeted, the staff were very professional and friendly. Gemini Telford you have really outdone yourself, I had so much trouble with my insurance trying to get them to locate my vehicle which had taken them weeks. The two LOVELY ladies in the office Amy & Becky had reassured me that they were doing all they can to get my car down to them and they did. I was kept informed every step of the way with update on how my car was I wouldn’t have coped without Amy & Becky in my corner my mental heath went through the roof but these two manged to keep me calm. We even talked about me buying a new vehicle and I was explaining what I wanted and they actually listened to me It was amazing to know that such people still work in these types of industries. Because just having someone to listen to you when you are going through all these emotions is what some people need specially when your insurance don’t care I would also like to thank the men in the office as well because they had taken time to explain what would happen with my vehicle when it arrived. Telford branch is absolutely amazing.
