My daughter bought her first boyfriend a Christmas present with her own hard earned pocket money - thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a special memory for her. You charged £25 for a fake Pokemon Snorlax and now ignore all correspondence.
All you positive reviews seem suspicious, each reviewer has only left one review and all say the same inane garbage.
Please don't waste your money on this bunch of bandits.

I ordered some pokemon plushies on the 12th of December, they claimed same day dispatch so I expected my order to be dispatched the next day (the monday) but it wasn't and still hasn't been. The money was however taken out of my account on Monday the 13th.
Emailed to ask where my order was and was told by Adam that it would be delivered Tuesday 21st December. Again, not delivered.
I've emailed asking for a full refund and haven't heard anything back.

UPDATE: finally had a dispatch notification on Tuesday the 4th of January for the items I ordered, but Royal Mail still haven't recieved it 5 days later, so I don't expect to receive anything .. and they still won't reply to emails !!

Awful Ordered Air pods pro they were fake and broken, When I contact my bank after a few weeks of no response they then told my bank all I had to do was send them back so In good faith I sent them. They received them then told me they couldn’t refund my money as the bank had it on hold now the bank can’t help me because I closed the case absolute scammer Scum bags. I have contacted trading standards and suggest you all do to, All 5 star Reviews are Fake look the have only had one review I am taking The guy (as he gets you reported if you do mention) to small claims court as he’s a Scam artist STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Don’t believe any of the good reviews on this site - they are clearly fake (as well as Geek Swag). I stupidly bought some apple airpods as a Christmas present as the site came up as a top result on google. I wish I had checked this site first though. As soon as I got them I realised something looked off. The box was bashed in and looked a little weird. Anyway I decided to return them as suspected they were fake, especially after checking the reviews. The owner (Adam) was super helpful in providing return information and has since gone mute. I returned the airpods around 3 weeks ago tho and still don’t have my money returned and no one is responding to my emails.

Bought some FNAF plushies for my children, advertised as “Official FNAF merchandise” with a price to match, but when they arrived clearly fakes. No tags and a label with bad printing and not as per official merchandise.

I ordered on December 7th and my item didn't arrive until Christmas Eve. To be fair the item did say 7-15 days until arrival... However after reading the reviews on the website I sent multiple emails requesting an update as the order process status was stuck on processing with no reply. This really had me worried as I thought it was one big scam. The item arrived with a big hole in the back of the box but atleast it was sealed. The only saving extra star for this company was it did actually arrive when I gave up all hope of having any product or refund, when the item finally arrived.

My experience with the company Geekswag was tarnish to the reputation as I ordered an AirPods where I was the few lucky to receive it in between 2 and 4 days.
The unboxing was great but the charger was faulty.
Then I had a suspicion if it was authentic at least. After I took the AirPods out of the case, the sensors on the AirPods were scratched on the out side showing wear on a product that on the real pair couldn’t due having in ear detection.
I have send multiple emails to them but to no response, I hope people who look first on the good reviews can see my post, please be careful!

Placed an order on 17th November and paid for 2-3 day delivery for Christmas gifts and it’s now Christmas Eve they still have not arrived. CS replied to my first email chasing this after several day wait advised one item was out of stock but they would now send rest of order, these still haven’t arrived and all my chase up are getting ignored!

Completely saved a main present! Got let down from another company who didn't even attempt to dispatch my order! Thought it was to late for christmas delivery (ordered weds evening) and arrived today! Thank you, thank you! Thank you!

I rarely write any reviews. I really think this is proper scam. I purchased AirPods Pro ( sold as apple refurbished) for 99.99. They arrived sealed ( I was impressed then but I am sure they were fake). Put them on. - constant crackling, one of the ear muffs would get stuck in my ear every time I would remove the pods. 7 days and one of the AirPods went dead completely.

Wrote to the retailer… got a response in 24 hrs saying send them back for a full replacement / refund.. here is the label ( again very impressed I was), sent the back and then half a dozen emails / just radio silence. Gave up on sending reminders after that

Basically it seems like a one man (Adam) shop who is out to steal money from those who think they are getting a good deal.

Ordered 2 FNAF plushies £20 each on Friday 17th Dec, 48hr Royal Mail delivery. Ordered them for my 7yr old Xmas pressie as he asked, got an email Monday 20th saying dispatched to Royal Mail however Riyal Mail still haven’t received my order so no way it’s gonna be here tmoro! Emailed geekswag but no response, nothing!

Avoid! Placed order on the 1st December and still waiting for it on the 21st. Had to send an email to get them to send my invoice and check the status of my order which was the only communication I received. I sent multiple emails to chase which were ignored and in the end had to go back to my credit card company to get the money back. With service like this is there any wonder small businesses are going under and everyone uses Amazon!

Should have read the reviews first ! Counterfeit Apple Airpods Gen 3 (as confirmed by an official Apple Store). Bank, Trading Standards, Police and Google now aware. Very good, but no cigar. Caveat emptor everyone !!

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If you analyse them they are plainly fake. No detail, strange terminology and usually 2 or 3 done on the same day. I am surprised that Trustpilot are unable or unwilling to see it also. Anyway I have reported Geekswag to my bank, to Trading Standards and to Action Fraud. So hopefully someone will take action against these guys.

Purchased some minecraft plush to have terrible quality toys with the wrong swing tags attached turn up. I'm pretty sure they're not authentic. Sent an email with no response, other contact options don't seem to exist and the form on their page doesn't work. I'm now out two Christmas presents, disgraceful way to handle orders of children's toys. Disgusting service, avoid at all costs.

Edited to add that the current influx of positive reviews are clearly fake; vague and over complimentary with no details of what these people supposedly bought. All of the authors of these reviews also seem to strangely have only one review to their name. If you have time to pay people to write false reviews, then you have time to take care of your actual customers and respond to their emails.

I wrote a review on the 30th November 2021 due to the lack of communication from geek swag. Not long afterwards I was told the present had been dispatched but no tracking number or anything to check this out with Hermes. It’s been 2 weeks since my order was dispatched and still nothing. Hopefully it comes before Christmas as it’s a present! If not I can’t see there being anyway of getting my money back, I feel very let down by this company.

Airpods came in newly sealed box but do not work in the slightest. I should have read reviews before purchasing from this site.

Ordered AirPods Pros x 2 from this site. Just had confirmation from Apple store that they are fake. Apple store was fantastic and wrote me letters to prove to the bank's fraud squad that I was sold fake AirPods. Now awaiting Bank's decision as to whether they will give me a refund.
