Excellent fast service, repairs completed and laptop delivered back to me within 24h, a little tricky to get in contact with someone at the company but once I did find someone who wouldn't keep hanging up on me as soon as the call started they were good at communicating back to me when I messaged them. My only drawback with them was the rude technician who kept hanging up on me without even an apology, as a new customer they could have lost business if I didn't try to look for a different number to call, how lucky they are local repair shops have never seen my model of laptop before.

Fantastic support. Aamir was able to identify that the computer would need to be taken in for diagnosis based solely on a video. PC collected same day, diagnosed and was offered either a full repair in-house or for the PC to be returned with diagnosis. I chose the latter and the computer was back within 48 hours. Couldn’t recommend more - thank you!

Skillful, efficient, pleasant to do business with - delivered on their promises. This is what I would hope for from all businesses but is all too rare.

Engineer came over, checked it out for an hour and said it was either mobo/cpu. Replaced both parts and still doesn’t work. £150 wasted

These guys were very efficient at fixing my desktop PC that could not boot properly. They made sure to keep me informed of what needed to be done throughout the whole process, and were patient and kind throughout.

I contacted Aamir to repair my partners Lenovo laptop that was intermittently defaulting to a Blue Screen of Death after an unwanted automatic upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. He was able to have the laptop swiftly collected in an uber, which I initially felt trepidation with but my concerns where unfounded. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a failing SSD), was genuine enough to offer for me to buy the part and have it delivered to him to replace at no additional cost and then get the laptop quickly back to me via Uber (all within 3 days). He was polite, reassuring and responsive with messages. The cost was reasonable, totalling at £250 for carriage, labour and thermal paste (not including SSD), which I found to be incredibly reasonable considering the to and from journey the Uber made. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

My daughter spilt tea on her laptop a few days before Christmas. Geeks Callout gave a brilliant service. I was able to talk to them at 8pm, they had collected the laptop (by Uber) by 9pm and 3 days later Aamir phoned to give options for replacing components and after we had agreed on them he had the laptop returned 2 hours later. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done, the speed of service and the fact that the laptop was collected and returned from our house. Strongly recommend!

I have had my gaming Pc overheating and it came to point where it stopped booting. I found geeks on google and got it collected. I got my laptop picked up and repaired in a timely manner and everything is working perfectly. Will be keeping the number incase it is required again.

They took in my graphics workstation, figured out everything that needed replacing, gave me a number of options to make improvements and had it back to me within a few days. Great work and very helpful, will use them again when I need to.
