Every time our consultant meets with us every two weeks, he comes up with a ton of ideas that are all doable, feasible, and unquestionably better for us. A/B testing of the new designs is part of it.

They had outstanding project management. Although it was outside of their purview, Geeklab assumed the job of a project manager when we first started, assisting our team in collaborating and working through daily scrums. This was because we were genuinely lacking an internal project manager.
There were no hiccups or delays because of how expertly they handled their business. When our project manager wasn't there, they assisted us with our procedure as well. They completed their work inside of our product when we added them to our Azure DevOps board.
They were cooperative and willing to change to meet our demands, working with us in any way possible. We worked along with them every day. Together, we worked on client tickets during our daily meetings.
I have nothing but praise for their adaptability and readiness to dive right in. They cooperated with our team and remained adaptable despite the adjustments. They followed our instructions and conducted research even though they had no idea what we did in the healthcare industry.

My idea's original concept was brilliantly executed. The Product Owners were really knowledgeable, and I enjoyed working with Geeklab since they recognized my ultimate aim and came up with better ways to improve the user experience through product design.
