I would advise against signing up for any subscription with this company. Their customer service is poor and it is impossible to cancel.

I can't login to cansel my subscription. Tried their both websites and continually contacted their support to get help. They just say have you tried the other one and when i answer yes they do not replay. I have also asked them to cansel my subscription and nothing happens. Now I had to start the process to block their account from my bank. Horrible. Should i be punished because they have website problems? NO

Absolutely trash items for the money. A shirt and some useless plastic replicas that you'll never touch again. You'd be lucky if you landed with something you actually like once every few months. Mostly importantly, I clicked cancel subscription but it crashed and proceeded to renew my subscription. Customer service is horrible and didn't reply to my email. You can get far better items for your money elsewhere. This box is like buying the lottery with horrible luck. Would NOT recommend!

Cancelled subscription as products seemed cheap. Two months later payment taken after cancellation.

No refund. No items. Just excuses from customer service. Still on going over a month after the unauthorised payment had been taken.

Placed an order on 29th October, still haven’t received it and customer service never replies. Wish I’d have read these reviews first as it appears I’ve been scammed. How do I get my money back?

If i could give a zero, or actually lets not lie, if i could give a -1000000 i would for this scam of a company!!

Ordered a gift for my husband and paid for 48hour tracking - did not receive the item in time. Or at all. Only to look at their website to see they cancelled the item, yet showing in paypal that they had taken - or should i say stolen - my money! After opening a paypal dispute, they contacted me to say the item was on hold because of the dispute and once i closed it i would receive my item. Wow well wasnt i stupid enough to believe them? Once dispute was closed i have heard NOTHING from this scammy disgusting company, after several emails chasing my order, or actually hoping for any acknowledgement from a human being. They know full well that you cant open a dispute twice on paypal, so thank god for the bank refunding me.

BASICALLY THEY ARE THIEVES WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Customer service was so amazing (sarcastic face here) whilst i disputed the transaction, and once cleared they have disappeared off the face of the planet.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY SO THAT THEY ARE SHUT DOWN.

De klantenservice is verschrikkelijk, ik heb op tijd aangegeven dat ik geen melding heb gekregen dat mijn box is verstuurd en ze zeiden me alleen maar geduld te hebben en dat de box eraan komt. Nu is de box dus inderdaad niet aangekomen en krijg ik geen gehoor van geekgear. Ze kijken niks na en proberen niet mee te denken, ik bestel hier dus niet meer!

Ordered box in July and received yesterday, (October 23rd), 3 months waiting, the box itself was full of crap from old boxes, no thought in it at all, unsubscribed now, waste of time

I ordered a mystery box and a wand from GeekGearBox. The mystery box turned up without the box (the product page image is a box & the word box is mentioned repeatedly), and the presentation box of the wand was destroyed due to the packaging being no more than a grey piece of plastic.

I contacted their support and asked if they could send the missing box and a new presentation box, as due to the state they’ve arrived in I can not give them as gifts as intended. For the past month the "support" (or the owner) are doing everything they can to avoid correcting their mistakes, from asking pointless questions, ignoring me for days until I email again, and telling me I "misunderstood" what I was going to receive (because expecting to receive what is stated and shown on the product description page on their website is a HUGE misunderstanding).

No response to the damaged product - they have completely ignored this which is breaking consumer law. This is the sort of company you will be dealing with if you order from them.

Unbelievably unprofessional as you can see from the other reviews, I definitely wish I’d read these before purchasing. In the process of getting my money back from the credit card company.

UPDATE: I received my money back from my credit card company, which GeekGear Box did not dispute - they know they are in the wrong. I recommend anyone who has issues with them to do the same to get a refund.

Ordered a £29.99 smart watch. Used it for 2 days and constantly disconnection from Bluetooth and beeping. Returned item and emailed to say their technical team could not find anything wrong and I would have to pay for the return if I wanted the item back. Have now raised with Amex.

False advertising! When you tell your potential customers that they will receive 3 shirts and 2-3 accessories. Then customers expect exactly this. What I received was 3 shirts. Very upset. I wrote them and they basically answered that they no longer add accessories. Then don’t advertise that you do. I would not have bought this box if it only stated 3 shirts. Do not buy!

Scammers. Ordered a cap, didn't ever receive. Contacted support multiple times, each time I got a token reply that "They will look into it". Finally had to contest the case through Paypal to get my money back.
They are either scammers or extremely incompetent in running a shop. In both cases, avoid this shop.

i order two boxes (the potion and the deluxe), the 23/06/2021, it's the 15/09/2021 still haven't receive it. No news for the support from the last 16 days....

I've waited over 2 months for my order and have still not received anything. Reached out to support multiple times over the last month and have finally requested they just cancel the order if they won't be shipping it. No response from anyone. Complete fraud of a company.

Can anyone offer help. Received a wrong product and have been emailing for nearly a month to try and get help. They replied at first and just stopped so have no idea what to do. I’ve been emailing over and over but they are not replying, they sent me a completely different tshirt to what I ordered and just want my money back!!! Anyone else had similar problems or know how Else to contact them???

Don't recommend. Put in an order for a few past items. After two weeks the order still was dispatched so I emailed about it. They are completely unable to give me a guess as when they'll send it as they are missing an item from my order. Asked to cancel my order as I don't know how long it'll be, they refused to cancel and refund. They offered some store credit, which i thought was a nice gesture so I got over it. I used the store credit to buy one item but the credit can't be used on shipping costs. Which meant I had to give them €10.60 for shipping to use the store credit. I placed my order anyway, got an email saying the order was accepted and processing. Checked the website the next day and it said my order had been cancelled. They hadn't told me my order was cancelled and I hadn't received a refund. Emailed to ask about this and they want to refund my money as store credit, even though their own policy says if an item is out of stock, it will be refunded to original payment method. I've gotten on to my bank to try and take the money back that way. Placed two orders, received nothing and they refuse to give back your money, they want to keep getting you to use the store credit, knowing you've to pay an outrageous shipping fee that isn't covered by the credit. Breaking the law, ignoring their own policy. Literally just daylight robbery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a one off sale item, but when it arrived parts were missing. Contacted to ask if these could be sent and was told by Kelly they don't make mistakes and if I insist something is missing an investigation would be opened. Felt like I was accused of lying all to get a small item worth 1.99. Asked again for the piece to be sent but was told they are out of stock, despite the item still being on sale. Gave up. Glad I did not order a more expensive item. Will not order from again.

Item was delayed even tho there was no warning about that on the website and asked for a refund which was apparently ‘processed’ which was obviously a lie. Still haven’t received my refund. Ordered this over a month ago. The worst site. Don’t buy - try red bubble instead

Honestly in disbelief that this company is still going. You are incredibly lucky you have a fan base that cares more for the crappy items you sell them at stupid prices than your ability to provide any level of customer service.

Ordered multiple boxes by mistake, contacted them and was told it’s fine they have cancelled one box so I will get a refund on the other… this was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting.

They also sent out the wrong box, considering I mistakenly ordered two of the same one it blows my mind at just how I seemed to get a totally different box. Incompetent staff maybe?

So thanks again for ruining my partners birthday, and having no contact number so people can actually complain to you about your sub par customer service levels.

Stop taking advantage of people you scrubs.

Ordered two boxes - absolute tat, not worth the money. I spent £63 on two boxes with items that probably had a combined value of £10. These items are something I could have made at home. Definitely do NOT recommend. Advise people to stay away.
