Never received item. No reply to emails from seller.

What ever you do, do not buy from this website, it is a scam and you will not receive your goods. Got refund from my bank.

Waste of time # thieves took my money and no sign of my order, that's fine I will be disputing with bank!!!! Scammers!!!

Absolute scam artists!!

Ordered a John Cena farewell Funko for my son, Shop says waiting for order details, but beside the order number it says In Transit.... yeah right!

Seller does not respond to emails at all, so it now looks like I will have to claim the money back via my bank.

I would honestly leave no stars if I could. Quick to take your money, not so much at dispatching the orders or replying to communication!

Do not use this company possible scam ordered on Dec 13th and heard nothing since seem to be unable to contact them. Currently asking for a refund from my bank.

I ordred a Lano Norris collectable figure for my daughter on 12/12/25 paid for express delivery which was 5 to 8 days to the UK item never arrived sent numerous emails to both geekcrafts and customer service but no reply please avoid this company as it really looks genuine I have raised a dispute with my bank

Do not buy from here. Item still not received six weeks on and I have asked for updates fr customer services and no response

Still waiting for an order on 16/12/25 for Christmas hasn’t turned up no tracking number and contact them you get no response so looks like I been scammed out of £25 and son’s Christmas present not happy 😡😡😡

This company is a complete scam. I ordered products on 12/12 and never received them. The customer service email (which is a gmail address) does not respond to email.

I took the Extra plus Shipping and it still has not arrived…

I wrote the support team two E-mails until today i got no responses…

But they got my money 🫠😐
