I ordered a sweatshirt as a present for a Marine. I was very pleased with the shirt itself. I did order the wrong size. When I contacted customer support, they got back to me quickly and offered to easily exchange it for the size I need. The quality is good and Customer Service is very good.

Sure, the website looks legit and appealing. It also states they are in Delaware. I bought my father a zip up sweatshirt, personalized. He's a Vietnam vet.
All seemed well until the tracking number was provided, oddly it was a Chinese shipping company. I immediately contacted Gearvet and inquired as no respectable veteran would want a made in China/ Vietnam product.
Lisa, the customer service rep replied quickly but ignored my question about product of origin. After three emails, and almost a month of waiting for this sweatshirt, she admits they outsource to other countries.
Being that I purposely bought this from what is advertised as a US based company, I wanted a refund. They denied it.
They told me that the shipping was delayed because of the holiday and to be patient.
It wasn't delayed because of the holiday, it was delayed because it was overseas being made in a sweatshop.
I've finally received this piece of junk and it's paper-thin. But get this... the pockets are just images of pockets!!! There's no real usablepockets. They are scanned on lol
The tag says MADE IN VIETNAM!!!!! Could you imagine giving this to a Vietnam Vet?
The quality is garbage. It looks like it was made on Canal Street in NYC.
I'm requesting a full refund that they are denying despite misrepresentations.
Please please please don't buy from them. THEY ARE SCAMS.
THEY ARE NOT IN THE US. THEY LIE AND DEFRAUD.

Its easy to order and their product is top knotch. Their prices are excellent for what you get. I have told lots of friends about them

I received a product that I really wanted and it turned out it was too small but being the Super nice people Gearvet is not only did they offer me a better replacement but at a Reduced price ! Not that is very good customer service and gratitude!

My flag case for my dad came broken bad wood quality after waiting almost a month.. cost me almost $200.00

Lisa was great. I received the wrong size shirt and she worked some magic to ship me the correct one free of charge. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are a Vet or simply just desire to support your favorite vet.

I am totally delighted with all my purchases on Gearvet. I'm a disabled Vietnam era veteran and my son was Army. I purchased a leather jacket for each of us. I also bought myself an Air Force Hoodie and a polo shirt, bought my son a T-shirt and cap hat. Everytime I wear my leather jacket I get praised about it and thanked for my service. My son doesn't know about his yet as they are his Christmas gifts. Thank you so much. Have a very Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Such a great company and employees! Even though I had made a mistake with ordering they made everything right and did not charge for my replacement! I am happily surprised and greatful and my husband is going to wear his USAF hat with pride.

It took quite a while to receive my order, with no tracking updates for 3 weeks. But Amber was very helpful & is very appreciated. My hoodie is beautiful. Awesome, sharp colors. Design is amazing!

Horrible Company! They described the product I ordered as "high-quality material." What I received was thin, shiny, and highly smelly material. Not high-quality at all. They refused to refund me because they don't give refunds for "just not liking the product." When I pushed back asking them to define what "high-quality material" means to them, they ignored me. Sent several emails that they never answered. Their site says they will refund if the product does not match their description. Well, their description of "high-quality material" does not match the crappy material I received. BEWARE!

just got my hooded zippered army jacket and i absolutley love it!! i noticed it was loose on me so i reached out to Gearvet to see it i could exchange for another size!! Cutomer Service was so great to work with!! they didnt question me, they didnt hassle me!! they simply said no problem they will send me a replacement jacket for a minal fee and to keep the jacket that they sent me!! i was blown away!!!! so if you see something that you like and want do not hesitate on purchasing thru this company as they will back their product .. i could be more happier!!

i just got my hooded zippered jacket!! i absolutley love it!! The design and quality of the jacket is great!! I noticed the jacket was a little large on me even though i ordered my size!! So i thought i would reach out to the Company to see if i could exchange it for another size. not really thinking that i was going to be able to it i sent an email to the companies Customer Service dept!! and with in a couple of hours i heard back from them and let me tell you they (Customer Service) took such great care of me and offered me a replacement jacket for a minimal
fee! they did not haze me, they did not question me!! i am so happy my new jacket is on its way and i can tell you this i will be doing a lot more business with this Gearvet! so if you seen something that you like do not heaitate to order from them!! you wont regret it!!

When I received my order, I was very disappointed. I e-mailed my opinion. Lisa replied with several very honorable corrections. Received my new hoodie and it was awesome! Lisa deserves a large raise! She is great and because of her you have a customer for life.

I’ve already bought a jacket for my Father who was stationed in the Airforce I will certainly be getting many more Jackets for my military friends and family!

My grandfather had a mistake with his address, so the package got returned. The support has been helping trying to help me. They communicated well so far, and has been so willingly to help solve the issue. I would say this company is very help and I would order again! Thanks for y'all's help!!

I placed an order on 12/2/25 & received a confirmation of order. Have not received any further info on order being processed. $67.48 was taken out of my account. I’m hoping this is not a scamming site. Please respond to this email.

As a Marine, I will say that working with Gearvet, and especially working with Lisa has been "Outstanding!!"
Lisa was extremely gracious and helpful through the entire process. As a previous business owner, I would have been proud to have Lisa in my employ.

They responded to my concerns immediately. They suggested ways to solve the problem. They stayed in touch until I got my merchandise and made sure I was happy with what I ordered. I was so impressed with their customer service . And the hoodie I ordered is awesome!
