I am so happy that I ordered from Gearvet. More importantly is that my veteran husband loved the shirt. I had a concern and contacted their customer service. My rep, Amber, was the very best. Quick action and response. I highly recommend.

Still haven’t received my order, they keep giving me the run around! Said that they couldn’t find my address, although while on the phone with the garbage shipping company, we found it using Google Maps! This company isn’t even based in the US, but selling military swag to veterans. This is garbage. Please do not be like and purchase anything from this place.

I would highly recommend this website. They have bend over backwards to help me with exchanging the marine shirt I ordered. Will differently use this site again.

Gearvet customer service reached out to me for an issue i had and promptly followed through with 3 separate emails until we reached the solution. I ordered a shirt for my husband and it arrived before Father's day as promised. it is a great quality shirt, however the shirt was too big. It is hard to know when you order online if the items are true to size. Well, with Gearvet, they are true to size. I sent an email asking how to do an exchange, and I received a reply back the same day! Amanda replied and I was able to receive a smaller shirt without any hassle. Top notch company! Gearvet has the best customer service ever.

I ordered an Army shirt for my husband. It arrived in a timely manner but was too big. I emailed them and they will exchange for the correct size! Great communication and customer service!!!

I am a first-time customer with Gearvet and, honestly, placed my order with some uneasiness because of bad experience with companies I had not used before.
I ordered a 250 American Flag and it arrived when expected and - It is beautiful! Great quality and I am proudly flying it on my home! I also ordered a 250 t-shirt
that was, through no fault of Gearvet, not going to work for me. Their customer service was prompt and gracious
and took care of the problem very satisfactorily. As a US Air Force vet and proud American, I highly recommend Gearvet.

This is a follow up to my previous review/experience of Gearvet-Outboxer, LLC. I previously told about my experience after ordering two veterans cap and how I had problems correcting the mistake they made on my order. I still haven't received a satisfactory settlement and in fact they have quit communicating with me. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received their answer to my complaint, which stated "they could not pursue the complaint because the business, (Gearvet - Outboxer, LLC ), is unreachable. The business is located outside the U.S. The Delaware address is not a physical location for the business." The contact information they provide on their website is a lie. You cannot contact them at the physical address or telephone number they provide.
So, beware of this so- called company. They will not honor their return policy if you have a problem with your order.

The customer service texted me and wants me to change my 1 star. I changed it to a 2 because they are suppose to send a shirt instead of replacing the hat I originally ordered Again changing the review star Then they will give refund if I change my review changed it to a 3 to get refund

Shipping was quick and easy to order. The jacket wasso well done with everthing on it that makes a veteran proud.

I was very impressed with the shirt I received. It was made with good quality and the colors were sharp. GOod product.

This is a great cap and it came in a timely manner. The staff has been very goodhelpful.

Gearvet has a great selection and once ordered the product arrived on time and was just as advertised. I even had a return for a sizing issue and they took very good care of my need.

I am a retired Marine. I came up on the gear vet website one time when I was looking for a gift for a friend of mine who was retiring from the Marine Corps. I found so many awesome things on their site that I started ordering things from them! I’ve ordered several hats, shirts, phone cases from them! All personalized, which is nice because they put your rank, your dates that you were in and your name! They have such an awesome selection of items and their CUSTOMER SERVICE cannot be beat. LISA, who I dealt with on this last order was absolutely fantastic and I will order from them again and again and again you cannot go wrong with this company.

My dad sent me a shirt he purchased for me. When I received it I laughed a lot. The shirt was about seven sizes too small. I sne an email to customer service and received a quick response. They were able to locate my dads order and seen he had ordered the wrong size. They quickly corrected the problem with no hassles. I cannot wait to get the correct size shirt because the one I received is a damned good looking shirt. Thanks for all your help.

The hat I ordered is absolute garbage! Threads hanging...would not fit a small kid! Just trash!
