Susan F bought the WRONG package, she USED it, then made a big stink about not getting her 30 hours, she GOT A REFUND for it anyway, but went on to post a disparaging review. As one of GBRI students I know about this incident. GBRI is not a scam. It is a legitimate reputable company that provides really good quality exam prep. The material is well organized and well delivered.

Incredibly helpful, especially as over the holiday period

DO NOT BUY FROM GBRI!! I am beginning to think that GBRI is a scam. After multiple failed attempts to get my money back through their 100% refund guarantee, I am having to go to the better business bureau to start a claim. I purchased a CEU package from GBRI for LEED AP with specialty. The package was supposed to supply 30 hours of CEUs with 6 of them being focused on ID+C. They only supplied 5.5 hours specialty hours so now I have to go outside what I purchased to find additional hours to satisfy my certification. During this process, I renewed my package with them thinking maybe the new package would have NEW CEUs but no!! GBRI is still advertising a full; 30 hour LEED AP with specialty package but only offers the same CEUs from the past. They have no phone number to call and I have asked over and over for a refund. All they do is close the ticket the minute they get the request. They wont refund my money even though there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So now I am going through the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to submit a claim and will be contacting USGBC to let them know to warn LEED APs against using GBRI. AWFUL!

Is GBRI out of business? Cannot log into my account and no response from online request for help on February 26, 2025 although site says they respond in 24 hours.

Just completed the live webinar "Climate Change & You: Global Perspectives & Local Actions". I was encouraged and rejuvenated to see efforts for sustainable progress around the world. I would however like to have seen greater representation of participation from the United States.
Thank you for the opportunity to join the webinar free of charge, it reminded me that GBRI had (and still has) been a wonderful resource for continuing education for multiple certification programs.

Enrolled for the 30 CE hours for LEED AP BD+C and completed the courses. It has been going on 2 months and no hours have been reported to USGBC. I have wrote in many times and a half dozen tickets submitted. I even gave the IT dept my log in for USGBC, and still nothing has been done. Pass these guys up unless you want to get completely frustrated and eventually go to a different company that will live up to the agreement

I took the WELL AP Exam Prep course and it was incredibly helpful! The content focused on exactly what I needed to know and the highlighted guidebook was a life saver. The video courses included visual content and study tips that helped solidify the information in my brain. The practice quizzes and exams were critical to my success too. I ended up passing the exam with 96.5%! This course is definitely worth taking, I know that not only from my score but because I started a WELL AP exam prep course with another company initially and it was not clear and concise or supportive of visual learners like the GBRI course is. Highly recommend! (Side note, I studied around 180 hours total for the exam so that likely helped as well)

Once again another interesting and insightful program from GBRI! Even though I’m already a WELL AP (thank you GBRI - your course helped me pass with flying colors a few years ago 😊), I knew the content would be worth the time commitment.

I had completed an internship program at the Green Building Research Institute (GBRI) in 2022, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. GBRI's commitment to sustainability and their dedication to providing valuable knowledge in the field of green building are truly commendable.

Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to participate in a wide range of discussions on sustainability-related topics. These discussions were engaging, thought-provoking, and provided me with a deeper understanding of the principles and practices of green building. The knowledgeable and passionate instructors at GBRI facilitated these discussions, ensuring that every participant had a chance to contribute and learn.

One highlight of the program was the LEED exam preparation (GA & AP). GBRI's comprehensive approach to preparing students for the LEED exam was exceptional. GBRI provides detailed study materials, conducts practice exams, and offers personalised guidance to help us succeed. Thanks to their dedicated support.

The webinar provided a good overview of WELL v2.

GBRI provides great exam prep materials and their presentation entitled "The WELL Building Standard – Your Gateway to a Thriving Career in Health & Wellness" provides a robust overview of why WELL certification is important along with a detailed summary of the program. Highly recommend for anyone considering taking the WELL exam.

While the concepts of WELL were covered, I found it valuable to learn why the presenters pursued WELL credentials.

It was wonderful to see all the sustainability education on one platform ranging from LEED, IGBC, to WELL program's It’s a one stop solution

It was very helpful to have all different modes of learning in one package. I could use the audio during my travel. The glossary towards the end of the guide and flashcards are good for revisions.. the multiple quizzes and mock exams really help boost the confidence and test your grasp of the subject.
I just wish the quizzes could have been paused in between so we could get back to it and don't have to start them from scratch if you had to stop in between...
I think the LIVE SESSIONS was the best part with the watssap peer group where we could get all our doubts cleared and get explanations for it by a senior expert like Jeslin and Carolina. Lot of peer learning was also possible. GBRI really provided guidance and support till the day of my exam. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to prep for my LEED AP with them.

The courses are structured and well laid out; it helped me pass the exam and understand the concepts well.
