Good work

They arrived early in the morning on the day they arranged. They worked very hard all day even though it was pouring with rain. It was all put back together how it was within 3 days of work being completed very satisfied.

Cannot recommend 'Utility Smart' enough, they have been super helpful throughout the whole process. Chris has helped me along the way answering every question that I had.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, any questions or concerns where answered quickly. The two men that laid the pipes were friendly and very respectful and completed the works in no time at all

Really friendly and efficient team. This includes all the office staff as well as the guys who installed the gas main.

Would give 6 stars if we could. Brilliant.

Prompt and efficient replies to emails. Always helpful. The works went exactly as Utility Smart said. The men arrived on time and were helpful and courteous, explaining what was going on each step of the way. Gemma in the office was always on hand to answer any questions. The guys coming to redo the footpath, grass, driveway and taking all barriers away, also arrived when they were supposed to and were happy to answer any questions. We seriously cannot fault Utility Smart. With so much bad customer service nowadays it was refreshing to work with such a professional, helpful and friendly company and we would not hesitate to recommend them. If we could give 6 stars we would. Thank you Utility Smart. You did a great job.

First rate

First rate, turned up on time on the day they agreed. very professional and well co-ordinated throughout the project. considering the amount of digging and roadworks involved they left the site looking like it has never been disturbed. Very pleased
