Men always came when they should have done. I had five different ones to fit a new boiler. Two were trainees (I appreciate they have to learn) but the pipe work both inside and out was not good, so much so that when the boss came to look at something else, he saw the pipes without my mentioning them and said they would have to be re done. The admin is lacking and an inspection hatch which was required was left for me to get someone else in to do.
This has been a problem because several men didn’t want to do it and said it shouldn’t have been left for someone else to finish off. I have now managed to get it done after over twelve months.

I bought a cooker which was difficult to fit as it was a change from a gas hop and electric oven to an all electric cooker this meant that the worktop had to be cut. The job was done perfectly by the GasCare engineer - I am really pleased with it!
