I go 3 miles out of my way to two stations that are next to each other being reported a few hours ago by the same spotter at $2.67. When I get there its $3.15. When I get home three hours later and check GB again, the same $2.67 prices have been reported 5 minutes ago. Makes me think why even bother going to GB in the first place. And even if you post the correct price, it doesn't show.

I accepted the new card without realizing that my autopay would now go to this new Mastercard. 3c/gal discount is a bad deal. I have two other cards - one would refund twice this much with no gas discount and the other would award points worth 6 times what 3c off per gal is worth! I canceled my account all together.

I spent 5 hours getting gas prices today as we have so many liars in Wichita. After all was said and done I think they took away about half of the points I earned. Needless to say, there is no use in contacting gasbuddy. I was under half a mile when I reported the prices but it sometimes said I was over a mile away even when I was sitting next to the pump. This app is made for liars who there is no doubt in my mind that many of the gasbuddy posters are never even leaving home. I guess they post online and earn points. I post on the app. I guess that is my fault as my friend told me how screwed up gasbuddy is. I will not waste my gas again on this crap.

I can't tell you how many times I've sent receipts for transactions for refunds or coupons but nothing. They're a joke and a scam.

I TRIED TO GET A NEW CARD BECAUSE I LOST MY OLD ONE. THE WEBSITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PUSH SUBMIT. I SENT THE STAFF MY PERSONAL INFO SO HOPEFULLY THEY WILL SEND ME A CARD. WELL I WAS NOT RESPONDED TO. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My wife Ask for a new card 2 times never delivered......sad

Been using Gas Buddy for years. Reliable discount on gas, prices can be out of date, but that's based on users and isn't their fault. Good system, easy to use.

Try to report correct gas prices at speedway in San Francisco, but will never change

For at least 24 hours GasBuddy is rorting gas prices in my neighbourhood $ 0.15 cheaper than they are !
It looks like they are part of the gas cartels ! This comes 4 days after they scraped the carbon tax !

This app is based solely on users putting in the price of gas at individual stations. My wife and myself tried using it for about 6 months, 99% of the time the prices were outdated. Also hard a hard time with gas stations in our town even being available. Ultimately, was a complete waste of time, very frustrating.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Customer service is horrible, absolutely the worst customer service in America.

Absolutely horrible customer service .Mostly bots and the humans are just as bad.They do not answer calls or respond.This company will be destroyed and there will be dancing in the street.I have never seen such poor customer support .It is beyond words how bad it is .I will never ever ever ever use this app again.They are thieves.They deactivate your card but won't deactivate you from their ap.They have a long way to improve to be horrible .A real company like upside has already given me over $400.This gang of thieves jar not given be 1 penny.They don't deserve 1 star ,they deserve -5 stars.Unbelievably horrible

gasbuddy support sucks! I have opened 4 support tickest with them and have never received any response. When you try their "chat" the bot finally after many rounds of questioning puts you in line for a support person, then tells you to wait for them, then takes forever waiting, and then while you are doing something on another web page the support person comes on and if you do not immediately respond to them they cut you off and mark the support ticket closed. And, if you do get ahold of one and they can't resolve your issue, which they never can, they send your support ticket up the line to gasbuddy and they never contact you back. Then if you try to call, you get a message to call during business hours, even though it is during business hours and the call ends.

My car has a 50 litre (13gal) gas tank. Anytime I use GasBuddy is to get a general idea of gas prices along the route I want to take. That's all its good for. The app thinks its going to take me five gas tanks to use 150L of fuel. The milage on the GB map is fairly close to what Google maps says for actual distance. I get about 700kms for a tank of gas on highways. A bad drive gets me 600kms. Yet, GasBuddy is positive that I need two additional tanks of gas? I don't plan on running out of gas each time I roll into a gas station; but, this app's math suggests my car A) has a 30L tank or B) I only get 370kms for one tank of gas--both inaccurate by about 45%. Driving 1800kms with a 50L tank @600kms/tank suggests three tanks of gas, and that's with bad driving practices.

It is so sad as hard as times are that this company teases me into thinking that I can really save on gas. Receive the card and never got one saving for the year that I had it. Never worked. Maybe it really works for certain class of people. I could have saved so much but it failed to deliver. Frustrating 😡

I saw a charge for a $40+ purchase at a station near me that I have never, ever, visited. The day and time of the purchase was when I was in another town at a medical appointment. I am the only one who has access to my card. I contacted them about what I assumed was their error, and was told that the purchase matched the pattern of my purchase history, and they would not reverse it. Rip off. Thieves.

Dishonest gas station owners post false low prices on Gas buddy to get you to make the trip to their location.
After wasting your time and gas to get there you find out their fuel prices are often higher than average pricing!

If I could give GasBuddy a rating of 0, I would. It was fine with no issues for a while. However, after sending emails for multiple complaints of NOT receiving discounts as promised, they decided to terminate me account rather than solving the issue..

Wish they had a selection for stations with bulk DEF.

Havent recd any emails from them untill this wk, stated they mailed me a gasbuddy card back in 2019, well.i never got it, i got emails copies me asking them back then when the card is.arriving, never called me or emailed replied back on card situation, think this comapny is maybe a bunch of hackers trying to steal banking info. The 617# customer service is 100% automated & you cannot speak.with anyone!! Emails are no use, they.never respond now or back then. Anyone else have a different phone number for customer sevice??
