I spoke with Andrew Gardner today about my daughter’s rental issues. Although fully booked, he still took the time to call back and walk me through practical, actionable steps. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, and I came away feeling much more positive about what to do next. I’d have no hesitation recommending him, and I’ll be using him again—potentially for a schedule of condition when we leave.

Second time I’ve used Andrew Gardner and again extremely satisfied with the whole process. We wanted the survey done as quickly as possible and Leslie was very helpful in reserving us a date until our estate agent was able to confirm.
