Excellent website, good prices and had exactly what we were looking for. Plus a good courier service.

Arrived on time, perfect fit for for two seater bench. I applied tapes to rear of cushion to hold in place, appears to be good quality, removable wipable cover and comfy.

Made the refund process to complicated to complete

Terrible customer service, failed to answer or acknowledge any emails or messages. Do not buy, especially if something is wrong

I haven’t received my order even though it’s says it’s been delivered. I have emailed this company 4 times and nobody has got back to me

****100% AVOID**** they are a sham of a company to deal with! If there was an option to give this company zero stars then I would.

I first ordered some replacement covers for my Directors Chairs on 27th February 2025 for £31.88. I am still waiting for them to arrive.

I have now emailed them 4 times and also left a message on their Instagram account, the only response I got was on 10th March from a "Customer Experience Executive" who blamed the "courier's negligence for returning the order to them". I was then asked if I wanted the order to be resent which instantly emailed back as a yes. This was on 10th March 2025 and as yet I have not had a confirmation email back to confirm that my order has been dispatched. Today, 12th March - I received an email requesting a review of the product I still haven't received!!!!!

I'm beyond angry and fed up with this lack of service.

Swing seat cushions were delivered next day which I was not expecting. Easy order, super fast and items look good quality with removable covers
