Fantastic company to deal with. Customer service is second to none - massive shout out to Ryan for helping me out with a small issue. Will definitely use again!

First time purchased from Garden Imports. The item purchased was as described and of excellent quality. I had an issue with delivery which wasn’t the Suppliers fault. I contacted Ryan, Customer Services who was extremely helpful and sorted out the issue with the carrier. All in all I would be happy to purchase again and recommend.

Great communication and customer service!

Super quick service with all of the parts i urgently needed to replace.

Produkt zum fairen Preis. Versand ebenfalls sehr schnell.

I purchased a sprayer three years ago, used it briefly then it was cleaned and stored away. When I tested it for use recently it failed to work properly. I contacted Garden Imports and my plea for help was promptly and professionally dealt with. With minimum delay I have a working sprayer. Top class service. Well done Garden Imports!

Quick, efficient service.
Quality product

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. There were a few minor issues with my order, but they were handled exceptionally well. Ryan from the customer service team deserves special recognition. He responded quickly, was proactive in finding a solution, and made sure everything was resolved professionally and efficiently.

Without a doubt, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. The way my situation was handled gave me a lot of confidence. Thank you, Ryan, for the outstanding support! I highly recommend this company.

I had a lot of questions and found communication with the seller was always prompt and precise. Gardenimports helped me to assess exactly what length of SumiSoaker I needed for my particular shaped garden and which attachments would be beneficial.
I would definitely recommend this seller :)

Easy to order. Was posted and received quickly.

There were cheaper versions of this topsoil spreader available elsewhere, but becuase it's a heavy-use garden tool we wanted it to be robust so that it would last. We were not disappointed.

This unit is strong and well-engineered, easy to put together and does the job perfectly. We opted for the additional drum brush which works well.

Easy to order and delivery was within a few days as promised.

Super!

I bought a hand root slayer in April as a gift and after two uses the blade snapped. I contacted Garden Imports, requested a refund and was refunded the cost of the root slayer plus postage immediately. Five star service. Thank you.
