Fake company!! Do not believe any “good” reviews!!
No item received. I ordered Singapore egg chair. Never came. No reply’s to any emails I sent. ITS A SCAM!
Bank informed. Hopefully they get closed down

This is a scam during April 2025 looking at reviews... Garden Hammocks have taken money 20th April.... ordered 2 egg chairs they are supposed to be 1-8 day delivery. No email replies, phone does not connect. No customer service no goods but taken money

Garden Hammock has a transparent return and exchange policy, allowing customers to return items within 30 days and offering exchanges without restocking fees

Received confirmation and no item. Phone number is disconnected and no response to emails.
Luckily paid by credit card

Item never came, emailed no reply the phone number on website does not exist, I’ve contacted my bank to raise a dispute.

The phone number on the site is fake. I placed an order with them and they didn’t send it. They send an automated email saying they will send it then… nothing.

Scammers. Ordered egg chair and they kept saying they busy and will advise when it will be delivered but it’s been two weeks and nothing. How is it ok for these websites to exist! Makes me so angry. Will report to credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE/COMPANY. Took my money for an egg chair in December, sent me confirmation of order/number etc and even emailed me back regarding delivery, BUT GOODS HAVE NEVER ARRIVED! Company doesn't exist and ive applied for a chargeback via my card issuer! BEWARE!
