Not an authorised seller of MS products. I purchased Office pro 2024 and after a year it was no longer authorised and had to purchase a new proper licence.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

BOUGHT A GOOD DEAL ON GOUPON - YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY - IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, NORMALLY IT IS - BUT I TUCK A CHANCE, AND YES WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

LIFE TIME OFFICE 2024 ACCOUNT - £10 HAHA I KNOW - DIDNT WORK AFTER 3 MONTHS, I WAS ALSO DAFT THEY OFFERED ME A FREE 365 ACCOUNT FOR THE PHONE IF I GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW ( WHICH IS A RED FLAG MOVE) I WAS BUSY BACK THEN AND MY HEAD WASN'T IN THE GAME

SO AROUND 3 MONTHS IN I WAS GETTING NEED TO ACTIVATION MY OFFICE EVEN THO IT WAS ALREADY DONE AT FIRST - IT WOULDN'T PASS NO MATTER WHAT I DID.

I CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES OVER A MONTH WITH NOT ONE REPLY - ITS NOT THE MONEY IT WAS CHEAP WHO CARES , THE MAIN REASON I AM RIGHTING THIS BECAUSE THESE STYLE DEALS ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET, I JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE, NOW MAYBE THE NEXT COMPANY MIGHT BE GREAT BUT ITS HARD TO FIND ONE - I NOW HAVE MOVED OVER TO A FREE COMPANY WHICH ISN'T AS GOOD BUT ITS BETTER.

SO AVOID THESE GARCIAPRINT LTD

Purchased Office 2024 for my Wife`s new Laptop. Product arrived fast by email, price was excellent & installation was dead simple. Highly recommend Garcia

Ordered a MS package and on download it stated that the product key was not valid. On looking at the MS support page, they stated to contact for a refund but also warned that unfortunately it could be a scam.
I have emailed for a refund and not heard back, and on further research it seems a scam is exactly what it is.

Buyer beware, they say they are going to do something and then do not do it despite numerous reminders. I ordered some software via Groupon and what they sent was not what I ordered and despite Garciaprint and Groupon agreeing they had not supplied what I ordered they have refused to do anything about it. Groupon are also no help as because Garciaprint sent a voucher they consider the order fulfilled.

I would strongly suggest you do NOT buy anything from this Garciaprint, they are UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNRELIABLE. I would also question the reviews that are posted here as my experience is the absolute opposite of most of their reviews which makes me think they are probably fake.

Also be very aware that credit card transactions with Groupon are not covered by Section 75 or Chargeback as apparently there is no “debtor-creditor- supplier” relationship.

Great price for MS office and windows 11. Just waiting to activate but positive so far

Bought software voucher from Groupon which was fulfilled by GarciaPrint.com at an absolutely enormous discount. Quick and helpful response to a query and a very detailed document explaining the installation process and how to resolve issues.

From start to finish with an Office2021 installation which had a few hiccups and finally sorted, I have to say these guys deserve a 100 stars.

Cannot fault in any way their dedication in providing support.

Bought Office 2024 via Groupon. You have to put your Groupon code into their site and then wait for the code and instructions.

Took 3 or 4 hours for the email to arrive, but instructions were very clear and Office 2024 is up and running
