Watch startered to make a grinding noise and not work after wearing it a handful of times. I tried e mailing a few times and get ignored.

Do not buy from them!

placed my order on July 15th. received my tracking number on July 22nd. 2 months later, no watch and zero customer support. they dont respond to email, they dont respond to X, and they dont respond to facebook. their isnt a phone number that is listed or works...and now my order doesnt even exist on their website. tracking number status has read UNKNOWN for over 2 months now. they are theives and now i will contest the purchase and report them to every retail and law agency that i can find.

You admitted not being able to supply the order and offered to refund and then decided to stop responding to me.

My watch didn't work right out of the box. I sent a request for service or replacement. They told me that I needed to wind the watch because it is an automatic movement. I told them I did wind the watch and it stops moving soon after that. There is something WRONG with the watch. And they do not want to warranty it, or help me in any way. This should be a crime. Fix the watch or give me my money back Jack!

I purchased a mechanical watch for over $300. The watch was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks. After many emails, the watch finally arrived after five weeks. However it arrived broken. I immediately contacted vendor and they would not allow me to return it for a replacement or refund because I didn’t video tape myself opening the package. After all my requests were rejected, I successfully contested purchase through VISA and got my money back. Untrustworthy!

I ordered a watch on April 23,2025 from a company called Gapfil with Blaleaf Company as the charge on my account
I have never received the watch and I have emailed them numerous times wanting my refund with no response. I will be taking legal action now $326.98

Watches are total trash! I bought the orange Rolex. Broke on me in the first week I had it. Was told to take it and get it repaired and Gapfil would reimburse me for it. (DID NOT HAPPEN!) Gapfil advertises that it has the 4130 movement in it. Not even close! has a $60 movement in it. Stay away from these watches! Very poorly made and will not last!

Received watch after delay due to current “situation “ with China. Watch looked good but was not water resistant as advertised. Since I did not film the unpacking of the shipment they denied the warranty claim. It was a very short period. Pretty shitty reaction from supplier. Was going to order one more but based on their stupid policies decided not to. Who on earth films the unpacking of a shipment? Lame excuse not to honor warranty for a actually pretty nice product.

Si puedo era dar cero estrellas lo haría, personas como los dueños de esta página deberían de estar bajo arresto, compré un reloj cartier por 320 dólares , entiendo que ko son originales pero al menos pensé que estaba pagando por el diseño que ellos te venden en su página oficial, el envío duró casi dos meses y me enviaron una estafa, todo lo contrario de lo que compras, lo que venden en línea solo son imágenes y diseños falsos que ellos no tienen, llevo un mes intentando hacer devolución y obtener mi dinero de regreso pero ellos siempre te responden con el mismo correo diciendo que te contactarán pero nunca sucede, no compren , son estafadores!!! Deberían de estar tras las rejas , si alguien más puede hacer algo para denunciarlos no duden en dar inicio , esto es fraude al consumidor.

Buyer Beware!
I purchased a Richard Mille watch more than 2 months ago. It took them 2 weeks to let me know the watch was unavailable due being on back order. I was told to make another selection, which I did. And I received another email telling me it was also unavailable due to back order. I asked them for a list of Richard Mille watches that are available, and I got no reply. I sent an email with a list of alternative choices to send me or refund my expenses. All I received was an email telling me they'll look into it.

It's been 2 months and I have no watch. no refund, and no course of action except to write this review in hopes that no one else purchases a watch from Gapfil. So don't do it, don't buy from Gapfil, there are several other retailers that provide the same product. Gapfil should have their site set up so out of stock items can't be purchased, but they don't, they just want your money. They don't refund, they don't make their mistakes right, they don't care, they just want your money.

This is the third installment of this sad tale. Gapfil, is a dishonest vendor that does not honor their published policies. They respond to every complaint and/or refund request with the exact same email, and then does nothing. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the State of California, Attorney General' office of Consumer Fraud.

The Pepsi reproduction meets my needs but with a significant disappointment. While it maintains the appearance of the genuine Rolex model, it falls short in the energy storage medium. The look, size and weight are all spot on. However, the ability to set the time zone hand and ‘battery’ storage expectation falls way short.
This watch will run if worn every day. BUT if it lies dormant for over 24 hours, it will die. Don’t expect it to run idle past a normal weekend.
I’m not sure it has the mechanical ability to set the time zone hand independently of the hour hand. Setting the minute hand and date are straight forward, though.
There is always a compromise with such copies. I’m OK with the watch as it was less than $300 with tip. Make sure you understand expectations prior to purchase.

Gapfil is a total Scam. Do not buy from their website, they take your money, send you a fake shipping confirmation , that never goes anywhere, and they do not reply back to refund request. Beware of them. Total Scam. They replied and said if there is an issue email us. I emailed them numerous times, still no watch. They just took my money. Probably said to themselves, thank you very much let's go eat.

While searching for a watch, I came across Gapfil which -somehow- advertises new "Rolex" and "Breitling" watches for under $400.00. Seriously???
That's approx. 98% off!!!!!
A new Rolex bracelet alone costs more than what Gapfil sells the new Rolex for.

I want to share , that with the lack of communication and dishonesty with Gapfil, they should be totally embarrassed! They don't offer a cell # to contact, nor do they respond if they're not happy with your wanting to correct a problem. I bought a watch that wouldn't stay running. Tried to return....Ignored several times. $300+ for a watch! I wanted to donate to salvage army for resale, but it won't stay running, In trash can yesterday! Garbage pick up Wed. Don't buy a non running watch from them, unless you're the guy that put's his hundo out front with your 20 one dollar bills underneath your clip!
I took watch apart. Very cheap, not water resistant either. We all got hosed! Found identical watch on easy shop for $38 bucks. I'm sure they don't work either.
They ignored my unboxing video the first time. Just them them last one with Watch disassembled. They know what they're selling....Low life sub species is what they are!

They will send you a fake tracking number, make excuses, tell you they are going to send you the watch again and you will be out $300. Look at the 1 star reviews only!!!!!

Bunch of scam artists, I ordered a watch and never received but said it was delivered, post office never received, told me it would ship out again because they had “trouble” with a few orders and never heard from again, don’t buy anything from these people. Luckily I was refunded the money from my bank, which is also a red flag because you pay some Russian PayPal account. STAY AWAY!!!

Ok, spent around $800 on 3 watches. All 3 have issues...some worse than others. Forget being "homages", plenty of differences (but I can live with that). What I really have an issue with is the quality of the watches themselves.

Bezel doesn't line up at 12 o'clock. One constantly runs very fast. Another stops even when on a watchwinder. Practically cut myself on the finish of the bracelet clasp. Just numerous quality issues (forget about looks). Dare I say it, I get better quality from $100 invicta!

I should have just ordered 1, and see how it was instead of ordering 3. Big mistake.

UPDATE: In response to your company's reply with the intentions to allow you to "make things right". I did reach out. I requested a return of at least 1 of the watches (because it was never worn). By which your company's response was to deny the return. After escalating the return dispute to paypal, your company would not provide a shipping label for me to send the return. So, in the end...Gapfil tried getting out of "making things right" as you falsely claim. Any and all reviews of your company, on all platforms will receive my same warning to other consumers to avoid Gapfil at all costs. As I said...buyer beware and look elsewhere.

Loved the clothes. Great quality and it came just in time for vacation. I bought a dress for family pictures that was the perfect color for fall but versatile enough to wear for date night!

Easy of purchase. Great quality. Great contact. Great fit! I'll be doing more shopping with Gapfil
