I have just experienced the same issue as another reviewer, money taken out of my credit card despite never having contacted this company. When I contacted via their web chat, they are asking for my email address, no doubt would next want my credit card info. Looks like will have to cancel my card over this.

Empty promises
I posted a review in sheer frustration at non response and emailed supplier again after they responded to my review. They keep telling me my money was refunded but it hasn't. DO not be the next victim of their fraudulent scam and deceipt to take money without authorisation abd continue to lie about refunding it. This whole experience is dragging out to almost a month next week with absolute no resolution!!!
