Fantastic customer service. Got in touch with them about a tech issue I had placing an order, they replied straight away and put the order through with faster delivery. Their fudge and marshmallows are amazing and it’s really clear that they care about their customers too. Been ordering from Galloway Fudge for a few years now, and been a customer of their convention stalls for even longer, absolutely love these guys!

Not up to its usual quality. I have been a lover of Galloway Fudge Company for many years and have devoured their fudge. But I wonder if they have changed something recently as my last few fudge experiences have been disappointing. Not as smooth and delicious as I have come to expect from them. Ingredients, making of it, packaging - not sure what it is but it has made a big difference. Taken a divine product to 'meh' status. Please sort it out Galloway Fudge Company.

I dropped on to this company via the gingerbread shop in Grassmere Cumbria.
Placed my order directly for their amazing fudge and marshmallows. It was out of this world.

Really good - I bought a 3 month subscription as a gift to someone who loves fudge and she’s said it’s some of the best fudge she’s tried. The packaging is nice and the 4 fudges this month are a really good size. I think this product is value for money and I would definitely recommend Galloway Fudge! I’ll be suggesting this as a gift to others.

Mine arrived the day after the scheduled date - so maybe best to ask for it to arrive a bit earlier. It’s just after Xmas and there’s postal strikes at the moment though so I don’t mind

Have just received my first order of your marshmallows. I bought 5 packets thinking I’d keep some for myself and give the others as gifts. Really disappointed to receive them today with only a 2 week use by date (31/12). Very disappointing against dates offered by your competition. I doubt I’d buy more even though product looks quite nice.

Always had a really good service from Galloway fudge company, ever since I met them at a Comic con, there products are really nice with lot of flavour, only issue is my gob isn't big enough and my waist line can't take much more LOL.
