Bought a large print, website then offers you a framing option (which cost more than the print).
What then arrived was basically a print and err… a frame in a separate box. Very misleading and would not use again.
Nearly didn't order from them after reading poor reviews but very happy with my order and the quality of the prints. Would recommend. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

The company saw my review and immediately they were in contact reassuring me that they would get InTouch with FedEx the company that would be delivering my package.
I was pleasantly surprised to have such a quick response from customer service as where my package was and the day it would be delivered.
My package was delivered on that day and I was super pleased with my print and also how excellent customer service was to quickly remedy my problem.
I ordered 3x 70x50cm prints and they are excellent quality. I am from a print/design background and was very impressed - high resolution and great colour. Delivery took 7 days from the order (I'm in the UK) and the prints were securely packaged. I was a little worried based on the negative reviews I read on here, but decided to try Gallerix anyway as they had the photos we wanted. I would happily order from Gallerix again. Don't be put off by the reviews.
I ordered three posters from Gallerix on their UK website. I paid nearly £8 for “3-6 day delivery”. It took almost a month, and therefore missed my wife’s birthday (they were a gift). My multiple requests to have the delivery fee refunded were ignored. I wouldn’t ever use Gallerix again.
