Fantastic service!
I've purchased over a dozen autographs from GalaxyCon since early 2021 and my experiences have been nothing but positive. I live in the UK and service has always been exceptionally quick with most autographs reaching my door after around 6 weeks, though some have been quicker and some have been slower depending on the talent.
Additionally, I had a video call with a guest last year and it was well-organised and went exceptionally smoothly. When I had a technical question that needed answering, the customer service support agent was wonderful.
Thanks to GalaxyCon, I've been able to add autographs to my collection from people I could have only dreamed about before! I would heartily recommend their service to all fans of pop culture.
Order took forever, but goods did eventually arrive.
After seeing a signing for an event on June 15, 2022, I was excited and purchased a signed print of the movie poster with four cast advertised to sign it. The shipping says “10 -12 weeks for International Orders from the end of the live stream/one-to-one chat date for your autograph to arrive. Please allow a few more business days for your autograph to be authenticated by JSA if you’ve purchased this option” so I knew it would take a little while.
The problem arose mainly with the lack of communication. As these purchases aren’t cheap in many cases, it began to feel like I’d been scammed. So after a quick email, I was told that the autographs were done but sent off to JSA and that was where the hold up was. That was only a month after the signings, so I waited a bit longer.
Then came September and that scamming feeling never went away. I emailed again and got a less than helpful reply. In fact, they got my order wrong and told me the person had cancelled. Now it felt worse. I went back and forth with them until getting a bloke absolutely unhappy with the fact I was asking about my purchase, only three months after the fact. He told me that I hadn’t calculated the business days correctly so once again I waited until the appropriate number of days and asked again. The last few emails I got were simple copy and pastes of “when your item ships, you’ll get a confirmation” so I gave up asking with the idea that I’d submit a Paypal claim December 1st.
Well, finally a tracking number came and much to my surprise, UPS got the item from the US to in my hand in Australia in nine days, two days earlier than they predicted (still, item arrived October 26, 2022)! The item has been authenticated, and has arrived in plastic surrounded by cardboard, so happy to see it made it in one piece. The small poster reprint isn’t as high quality as I was expecting, but it was nice to see all four signatures clear and documented.
In short: These folks do deliver the goods, eventually. If you’re not in a rush, go for it, it’s not a scam. However do not order something to give as a gift, unless you’ve got a six month buffer. UPS gets a bloody five out of five though.
Awful company
Awful company, I ordered an autograph originally said wait time is 6-8 weeks, this kept changing as time went on 8-10 weeks then they said 10-12 weeks. Rude emails about time, I had enough and opened a case on PayPal. Thankfully PayPal refunded me really quickly. Avoid this company & if you’re wanting a refund go straight through PayPal.

Galaxy Con LLC - Terrible merchandise service and customer service follow up. Purchased merchandise 4 month ago and item still has not been received. Contacted Customer Service multiple times, with little to no help to resolve issue. Charges will be disputed and a BBB case opened.

A simple transaction of sending an art print to an actor to have them personalize and sign for me and then ship it to me has been a months long headache that still has yet to be resolved.
Have a question as to why it's taking so long? They blame the post office, covid, lack of staff, too many orders, etc. There's always excuses but never any resolution.
They even shadily printed a shipping label for my order to make it look like they've shipped it, but over two weeks later it hasn't been dropped off at the post office. They are still holding on to property I ordered and was charged for three months ago.
Sketchy people
They said it will take two weeks to get my item to me. It took THREE MONTHS! Every time I emailed them to ask what’s the update with my order, they kept blaming the post office, when really, they never sent it for MONTHS! A sketchy couple run this “company”. Do not give them your money. If I didn’t pester them, they would’ve never sent me my item.
Horrible Management

Don't spend your money on this company. There are plenty of other options including fan pages, celebrity websites, eBay, in addition to other similar venues.
