I dont like that the owner knewn that only one engine works and still run the ship. It alternated our program. Dont know what would happen if stopped work as well. I am quite tall - 1.82 cm and could not stand straight in bathroom. Otherwise the service of guide and all crew was good.

Thank you so much for your review and for rating this as a trip of a lifetime! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Eduardo and the ship's crew took such amazing care of you, providing outstanding service, delicious food, and great attention to detail during your excursions.
At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the booking discrepancies and the extra steps it took to organize your travel along with your friends. While we are glad our team resolved the flight and fee details before your departure, we completely agree that these alignment issues should have been avoided. We have addressed this with our booking department to ensure that group reservations remain perfectly synchronized from the very first step.
We truly appreciate your patience, your high recommendation, and for helping us improve. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on board for another incredible destination in the future!
