I have ordered from this company a few times now and have had no issues what so ever. I have had my items shipped to me in a timely manner and in good condition. I have only ever done online orders with them and will continue to do so. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Their prices are just ridiculous, alot worse than scalpers....$48 for a one piece tin that has 2 packs lmaoo, card shops have joined the scalpers

I ordered a Pin for Love Labubu for less than $10 over price from Popmart and got the one I wanted instead of trying 10 times. Genuine Labubu, shipped super fast and great company overall!

Ordered an Enhanced Mega Evolution Box and it came in perfect condition! A bit over retail, but not too bad considering it’s the enhanced edition. Also, shipping was extremely fast 🔥

Bad buisness BEWARE. I PRE ORDERED THE POKEMON MEGA EVOLUTIONS BOOSTER BOXES AFTER A MONTH OF HAVING MY MONEY THEY EMAIL ME SAYING THEY CANT FULFULL MY ORDER WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! BEWARE

Canceled my preorder for Mega Evolution Booster Boxes at $199.95 and still had them listed for $249.95. There was no warning and they said they canceled my order because of low allocation. They then sent out an email about available preorders and raised the price of the booster box to $299.95. Will not be doing business with a place that has 0 integrity.

Apparently they can hold on to your money for days with out giving you a product

I received an item that was broken. I reached out to them. Never did hear back from them. They won't receive any more business from me.

I never write a review but seeing how bad this store has been rated I have to. I received my packages within a week and the figure was soooo cute I loved it! I got the Hatsune Miku x my little pony figure and I’m in love.

I pre-ordered the Final Fantasy MTG Collector box months ago. This company held onto a large chunk of my money the entire time, and then cancelled my pre-order after they were caught selling the same collector boxes on their site, but marked up by ~$150. Do not ever pre-order from this store.

This company will screw you for an extra dime. They will not work with you, just apologize for the inconvenience.

I ordered 2 seperate orders totalling over $500 one night and everything went through fine but in the morning I got an email stating that they were canceled do to fraudulent activity. The payments ended up going thru and now they are holding my money and telling me to contact my financial institution because it takes 3 to 5 days to get a refund. I would not order online from them.

Worst service ever. Horrible customer service. They work with a third party seller in which they claim they are not directly associated with called shop. My son never received his package and they advised me to contact local authorities. Represenative was nasty on unhelpful

Sent me 2 copies of the same board game on the same day, charged me twice, refused to give me my money back, so I had to go to Paypal and dispute it. They lost the dispute. Don't deal with aholes who will charge you twice.

Made the mistake of ordering from them via their eBay store. They lost my package and chose to use every avenue available to refuse a refund.

SCAM!! they have lost 2 of my packages and getting a refund for the first was like major dental work and the 2nd they literally told me that it was being returned to their warehouse bc it could not be delivered (the other 3 orders made it just fine lol) and that i had to wait till it was received for them to start issuing my refund (Almost $100!!!) not when they already knew it was not going to be delivered?!?!? So months go by and i realize they never gave me my refund and i also had been charged interest for the package i never received so i contact them and they tell me it has been too long for them to process the refund now and they can't do it. When they were the ones making it delayed in the first place. i never touched it and paid double what its worth and not only will they not refund it they allso won't even send a replacement for it bc they cant check the tracking info anymore to make sure it was never delivered when they have copies of the emails stating that very thing that they sent to me!! Their customer service is terrible and i would not shop here if you expect to get what u pay for. i have spent 100s with them and never complained unless i didnt recieve my package and that happened 2 times but numerous other packages arrived dented and the box my collectibles come in is very important but i never complained but i will make sure to let the world know as much as i can about how pathetically this shop is run.

This company is a Scam. They cancelled my order and tried to keep my money. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

Bought a Mandalorian SH Figuarts figure for 130 dollars and the shoulder broke, realized it was crazy glued and previously opened. Did not get my money back or a new figure.
