A Shop that Refuses Legal Tender. Once legal tender is refused, I refuse to ever enter any of their venues again. Simple as that. Scruffy, dirty and a place to avoid.

Your answer is just an excuse doesn’t make you less discriminatory towards only cash users in this country

Crazy Gail’s. I ask for my cinnamon roll to be warmed up and they absurdly say they won’t because then it is not “freshly baked”. I said I didn’t mind and that I would like this particular roll to be warmed. The poor sap behind the counter gave me the cow’s stare.
Think about the profound idiocy of it.
Corporate policy gone horribly wrong.

Well, what can I say! The food and coffee are very good although you pay a good price for it.
If only the staff would crack a smile every now and then we may be tempted to go back!
There is alot of choice in Sevenoaks for coffee shops and little things like a smile makes all the difference.
The music is also quite loud and wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste!
So, we won’t be in a rush to return.

Still can't clear tables quickly and wash them down! Sevenoaks as per usual.
Tables piled with crockery, food crumbs underneath. Once they run out of crockery (because it's all sitting on the tables!) they revert to paper cups. Which i hate! Someone eventually comes in and clears the tables, quickly, but! Never cleans the tables so littered with liquid stains, crumbs etc and on the floor, especially when kids were sitting there. i regularly have to remove two trays with crockery to somewhere else to get a table,. Even then it's filthy. I pay £9 for a cake and coffee there. Not cheap! Get some staff on it. Should be at the forefront of your business. Clearing and cleaning the tables quickly. Get someone on it as a full time job. Plenty of staff behind counter today, 6 at least. No one clearing tables though. Sometimes chatting while in the middle of a battlefield of dirty tables!

I was recently very snootily informed by the Sevenoaks manager ‘We don’t accept cash, MADAM!’. I only came in to get change for the car park so politely told him where he could stick his muffins and walked out. Won’t be back but enjoying the fact that they can’t trade properly today due to the cybersecurity issues!! Time for a rethink re cash payments?!?

Gails Sevenoaks. Go there quiet a lot. Costs a lot for cakes and coffees. Busy with the millenial brigade. Fed up clearing tables of dirty crockery and dirty tables. They eventually clear the crockery but never clean the tables. Stuck with peoples crumbs and spillages.

Unfriendly lady on counter, cold in store, loud music and dirty....seats, tables and particularly the toilets.
I won't be back, Costa is a better option.

Very high prices
Loud (and awful) music made it very uncomfortable to speak.
Coffee and food tasty but so expensive
