Informacje dotyczące firmy
Napisane przez firmę
Every piece Gaelic Clann makes starts with a county. The one you're from. The one you support. The one you carry with you no matter where life takes you. We make county pendants and bracelets, personally engraved with black ink fill for lasting clarity, and worn by gaelic players, families, and Irish people living far from home. Each piece is crafted from medical grade 316L stainless steel with 18k gold or rose gold plating, tarnish-free, built to last, and priced so that quality Irish heritage jewellery is accessible to everyone. Gaelic Clann was built by an Irish founder with a straightforward belief: that where you come from matters, and that jewellery should reflect that. Not generic Celtic print-on-demand. Not fine jewellery at a premium price. Something in between, meaningful, personal, and rooted in real Irish identity. Every order arrives gift-ready in a white jewellery box. Shipping is tracked worldwide, with duties and taxes included on international orders. And every purchase is backed by our 30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee, no questions asked. We have served over 10,000 customers across all 32 counties, and the Irish diaspora in the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK. The clann keeps growing.

I ordered the slitor pendant and they sent me the ear rings which I didn't order and don't want. They don't reply to any emails. When I ordered I got no confirmation email. Gaelic clan can I have what I ordered and paid for please.and again I state I never got a confirmation email. If I had of gotten one I would have emailed your mistake straight away. I got no offer to return the ear rings so that I could get what I originally wanted. Awful customer care.

Hi Reshenda, thank you for your review.
Our order record (order #5577, 25 April 2026) confirms that Sliotar Earrings were the item ordered, paid for, and fulfilled. On the same day you placed your order, you submitted a contact form to us stating: "Hi I ordered earrings earlier today." When you received your dispatch notification on 5 May listing the Sliotar Earrings, you replied saying you had ordered "the chain not the earrings."
We did reply to your emails and shared your full order details. The item dispatched matches the item ordered.
We are happy to discuss a resolution directly at support@gaelicclann.com.
Brilliant gift for my goddaughter
Bought the county pendant for my goddaughter's 18th. She's mad into the Gaelic and I wanted something that meant a bit more than a voucher.
The Mayo engraving came out really well, sharp and clear. She had it on before she even finished opening the card.
For the price I was genuinely surprised by the quality. Came in a nice box too so I didn't have to wrap it. Delighted with it.

Hi Conor, thank you so much for this, it genuinely means the world to us as a small business. 🇮🇪 Delighted the Mayo pendant was the right call for the 18th, and that she had it on before she even finished opening the card, that's the dream! Happy birthday to her, and thank you for supporting Gaelic Clann. 💚
Arrived faster than I expected
Ordered a county pendant with engraving on a Sunday night, got a shipping confirmation by Wednesday and it was at my door the following Tuesday. I emailed to check if the engraving would be in time for my sister's birthday and got a reply the same day. The whole thing was easy and stress-free. Really happy with it.

Hi Anita,
We're really sorry about this experience. The Christmas period brought an overwhelming surge in orders, and both our fulfilment and support fell behind. That's on us. We know how frustrating it is when a gift doesn't arrive in time, especially at Christmas.
We actually took a brief closure at the start of the year specifically to overhaul our fulfilment and customer service processes so this wouldn't happen again, hence the delay in getting back to you. If your order never arrived or if there's anything we can do to make this right, please reach out to support@gaelicclann.ie and we'll take care of it.

Update
***UPDATE
My necklace arrived and it is beautiful and very good quality. Gaelic Clan have reached out to apologise about the lack of communication. I have to take some of the blame as I completed my email address incorrectly. 100% satisfied.
I put an order in last week and whilst I understand it is early days, I have not had a confirmation email. I have sent numerous emails asking for confirmation that my order has been received or is going to be fulfilled… I have also messaged on instagram with no answer. I am very disappointed as this is for a birthday present next week. I feel raising a card dispute may be the only way forward now as I’ve had no reply. It’s just complete silence as if the company does not exist, surely you can do better than this.

Lovely quality jewellery
Ordered a Palestine pendant and received it within 2 weeks. Had emailed customer service after 1 week as I didn't receive a tracking number but they didn't reply. I was a little skeptical about the legitimacy of this company as their social media presence is a bit dead. But the pendant is good quality and I'm happy with it. Gaelic clann - keep on top of your social media and maybe let people know how much you've actually been able to raise with your Palestine pendants!! I'd recommend this company 👌

Excellent Quality
The quality exceeded my expectations and I appreciate that they donate a portion of the proceeds to the Irish Red Cross Gaza Appeal. I've already recommended it to a few friends who want to show their support too.

Meaningful piece, beautifully done
I ordered the Palestine Pendant as a small way to show support and I was honestly blown away by how nice it is in person. The engraving is crisp, the chain feels solid and it came in a nice gift box. It means alot to know part of the purchase is going to a real cause. Shipping took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed and it was worth the wait. Glad I came across this site.
