This company is a pure scam to con people out of hard earned money. Fortunately paid by credit card. Halifax got my money back.

Fraudulent use of card details to take money even after I declined authorization as I got suspicious item was scam company. Addresses and contact details all false nil response to any emails, delivery scam as well. This operation needs police investigation. Avoid at all cost. Santander will not refund fraudulent unauthorised transactions they are in denial that it is even fraud, best avoid Santander as well as they fight long and hard to avoid refunds.

got an air fryer for £167 which never turned up! the payment went out to BIG MIKE APPLIENCES and thankfully my bank refinded me the money.

they were good to start with sending confirmation eemails and even tracking number which i fould out later on to be a scam website too!

Dont make the same mistake i did

Scam do not purchase from this scum. Bought a ninja air fryer for £120. Sent dispatch details, delivery never arrived all 3 companies below are in on this scam.

Ordered an item back on the 31st July but I never received it, contacted them on three occasions and they never replied. Also their tracking details were not updating after the estimated delivery date which was the 16th Aug. Possibly con artists, scammers and at the very least unprofessional bad traders. Buy from elsewhere as there is no such thing as good deal with these charlatans. If I could give minus stars then I would.

Your payment shows on your stmt as ‘Big Mike’s Appliances’. The actual registered company is a cleaning business and the address is a residential property, not a shop. You never receive your goods and the phone numbers are useless, the tracking information is also a scam parcel company, there is no way to contact them.

Do not purchase from these scammers.

Like many others on here I've just discovered this website is a scam! Ordered an airfryer which claimed to be dispatched over 2 weeks ago. No response from the company either. Avoid at all costs. When you type into Google their website comes up straight away and looks legitimate.

I never received my air fryer, I paid with my debit card. Fraud team at my bank are looking into this .

Ordered a Ninja Air Fryer late July with a note to say delivery within 5 days. Shortly after delivery changed to 16 August. Since then I've had zero contact. Phone number is a mobile that doesn't answer. The online chat doesnt respond. The parcel tracking number and courier doesnt exist.
The website is a cleaning company located in London. The courier service is supposedly a company in Coventry. Payment taken by Big Mike's Appliance based in Bedford. That doesn't exist, although there is a company if the same name in Bedford Massachusettes USA.
We paid by credit card so have advised our bank and reported as a fraud.
Despicable and deceitful

Purchased an air fryer on the 24th July, told it would arrive by 9th August, since I have had zero contact from them, tracking doesn't work and they no longer reply to emails.
Thankfully I purchased on my credit card so have claimed the money back.
Total scam do not use!

Scammed! Paid £99 for a Ninja Airfryer. Receipt came from a different address and tracking number didn't work. Ordered towards end of July with promise of 7 day delivery which was then changed to 16th August. Got notification to say it was with Parcel Shipper,7 Mallard Court, Gressingham Grove CV6 5EJ, Coventry plus a tracking number which simply doesn't work.Receipt came from SQ PELENE LTD LONDON E15 1SE.
Have reported this . Terrible experience.

Did a google search for a ninja air fryer. This website came up with the cheapest price so ordered. Received confirmation of order and then a has been shipped notice with a tracking number. Two week delivery period stated - never arrived and now no contact with them. Lost 99 pounds - instigated a chargeback with credit card company...let's see if anything comes back

Scam. Ordered Ninja air fryer received acknowledgement of payment item never arrived. E mailed this so called company no response. Fake name address etc. Now reported to Fraud Department.

Avoid bogus company

Parent company stated as "Cleaning Agency London Ltd" a cleaning company. This is a listed company but I doubt it has anything to do with gadgetmastersonline or Big Mikes Appliances

You can't contact anyone. They say they deliver in something like 2 weeks, by which time their account Big Mikes Appliance Ltd has taken payment and you are left waiting with a fake parcel shipping

Company is a scam , fake tracking website , fake name , different to registered Company name...
Big Mike's appliances bedford doesn't exist...
Stat well away...lost 100 pounds
