THE WORST experience I have ever had was with Fyntix
During approximately three months of working together, they increased our marketing expenses by 87% without producing any measurable return on investment or attributable revenue. In my experience, they used portions of our marketing budget without obtaining our prior approval. I repeatedly had to explain that they must receive authorization before spending our budget or publishing content on our behalf.
They also created poor-quality AI-generated images of me and published them without my approval. These posts negatively affected my professional image, and on three separate occasions, I had to personally remove content because of its unacceptable quality.
In my experience, their work relied heavily on basic AI-generated material that frequently contained errors and created additional problems. Even more concerning, they often appeared unable to identify or correct those problems themselves. Instead of supporting our business, their work created more stress, more expenses, and more work for our team.
Despite their promises, the services and results they delivered did not match what had been represented to us. After I terminated the contract, we continued receiving invoices that we dispute. They also claimed that they had brought us new clients, but the list they provided included clients who had already been with our business for approximately two years.
Do not rely only on the promises written or presented in their contract. In our experience, they made numerous promises but failed to deliver the expected results. Any business considering this agency should independently verify every claim, require written approval before any spending or posting, and carefully document all communications, expenses, and results.
This experience placed our business under severe financial pressure and brought us dangerously close to bankruptcy. I am sharing this review because I do not want another Canadian business—or any other successful business—to experience what we went through.
