WASTE OF MONEY

So I received the item in a timely manner BUT I was highly disappointed. The canvas was thin and flimsy and along with the size it was not worth 170 bucks. Should not have cost more than 50 or 60 bucks. I will not be ordering from them again.

Literally worst company I've dealth with online

Customer service is a JOKE. no contact phone number. Email address listed gets bounced back 90% of the time due to "webmaster failure". So you have to resend emails 10x to hope it goes through. It has now been 2.5 weeks with no order update. Tried to cancel it, requested a cancellation 4 days ago now with no reply. STAY AWAY. This is literally the most unprofessional excuse for a business I've ever dealt with online.

Going to have to dispute charges with the bank now. Great. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

I’ve been trying to return my order

I’ve been trying to return my order, but the one they provided is not a valid email, and nothing I’m sending is getting through. I’m not sure if I’ve been scammed but if this is a real company, they need to have customer service available to their consumers.

Literally one of the worst companies I've dealt with

This company is one of the worst companies I've dealt with online. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL DOES NOT WORK! With no other means to contact them, it gets returned to sender via delivery fail. What kind of company can't even manage their email account? I placed an order 1 week ago, have received no order update whatsoever and have no possible way of contacting them. I'm going to have to call my bank to dispute the charges. What a waste of time and a terrible company.

Stay far away, potential scam risk

Still haven’t see my blanket, over a month later. Item has been “ready to ship” for like 26 days, and us being marked as shipped. No tracking update, no response from customer service, the email for customer service will not receive emails so it’s impossible to get in touch with them. Stay far away

ORDER EARLY!!!

I ordered a poster on Black Friday but despite their policy, there was a chance I wasn't going to receive my poster in time for Christmas. After some back and forth with customer service, they were able to expedite the shipment and get it to me by Dec 21st! The quality is outstanding and the poster was packed very well. Their customer service was helpful but sometimes outgoing emails would fail to be received by their server.

You shipped the wrong product… I…

You shipped the wrong product… I ordered a 3 panel design and got a smaller 5 panel, the quality of the photo was poor. I sent an email asking to ship the product back for a refund and received no response. Will never buy from this site again.

Buyer Beware! Are they even real?

I placed an order on Nov 24 for a 5 piece painting that I really wanted and as of today, Dec 21, I have gotten no confirmation that they have even accepted it. The very next day after ordering it I realized that I didn’t choose expedited shipping and I emailed them 4 times with 2 of them coming back. After weeks of no communication and no updates, I figured that maybe I needed to order it as expedited. So I placed a brand new order on December 16 for the same product and this time expedited. Mind you, I never canceled the first order. Here we are on December 21 and I have tried emailing them from several emails, I have reached out through the Shop app, I have been as patient as I could be and yet they will not even acknowledge that they received either order and it’s become obvious that it won’t be here for my NYE event. I see that they at least tried to respond to some people on here but the moral of the story in looking at their reviews and now after this horrifying experience personally is THIS COMPANY is SHADY as HECK!!! I don’t know if it’s a 1 person company stealing money or some foreign company scamming people but I would highly suggest you be very careful and look for someone else who has a phone number and working email!

Wrong item delivered

I received the wrong item. Left a whole bunch of emails and no response. It took 2 weeks to receive the wrong item which means receiving the right one in time for Christmas is not going to happen.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING!

I paid for expedited processing and shipping, close to $50 extra plus artwork. The total price came to over $200. They kept my money and did not send me the product. I can't cancel because they removed their "cancel order" button and their customer service email address comes back as "undeliverable" They are scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Nonexistent Customer Service

Received my order, and it was the wrong size entirely. Used their email to request a refund and it was rejected multiple times. Don't think I'll be getting my money back. Never buying from them again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I purchased a 5pc canvas on 10/7/22 and haven't received anything other than confirmation of purchase. I wish I would've read the reviews before buying from this site.They have no way of communicating with customers because of faulty email and no phone numbers. Will cancel payment if I don't receive anything by Friday.

There is no one anywhere to respond to any email or customer service whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money on this site . Product came in from Wohan China
