Team, Don't trust or invest the money in Fx Road, there is no proper withdraw system and no customer support. There is no provision to contact the company team to escalate the issues.

I am trying to withdraw money, they're not supporting nor not giving reply to my mails.

Why don't you give reply in Fx road, in open platform only you are giving prompt reply.

Finally I need my funds, arrange it on war foot basis. I will provide require documents.

SCAM ALERT, DON'T INVEST I IT

Invested $1100 ( started from 200 then increased as per FXRoad account officer). Initially shown profit of 20%then started declining now as on today it's $117.
Unfortunately no officer adviced to withdraw or so deterioration stops. They rather demand to put more so you can recover loss. Bad experience.... really worst.

I have spent 250$ and I don't think so I will be earning from it. I would say be careful and do not get manipulate by other and invest.

My worst experience in trading. Initially, I was told that its a ARTIFICIAL INTELEGENCE(AI) trading platform. After joining, paying 200 dollars, I was informed that, I will have to make all entries by myself with the help of a fund manager provided to me.
Day 1, took a call as directed by fund manager & made a profit of 1.4 $.
Day 2, took a call as directed by fun manager & account was running in loss 0f 38$, so fund manager asked me to invest another 600$, which I refused. Upon refusal fund manager asked to take another call to hedge & also instructed me that I might run into losses for which only i'm responsible.
Day 3, Loss of 471$.
Fund manager calls & inform to add more money with which she will recover my loses.
Also I was told to invest more money for AI trading.
ITS A BIG TIME SCAM TO LOOT PEOPLE

Complete fraudsters. While opening the account their account managers and lead account manager asked to to quickly deposit 250$ in my bank account and prodiving several documents. Later i asked them the account and refund me back my money. Then they asked me to provide a cancelled cheque and promised that money will be refunded back into my account within 3 days. Now its been several weeks and there is no communication from their side and noone responds to the emails. Bewards to this shameless fraudsters.

It is not trust worthy site. I read all about it but no relevant detailed information available in anywhere, got feedback from other investor thinking to withdraw my investment got it was in negative with process fee as it was not given information by staff. it is fake.

It seems me,as per it's rating and reviews,rhis company is unreliable. Recently I also invested in it 250 Dollets equal to 22609/-through Debit Card. I don't think/ rely I may get back this amount ignore it's profit after investment. No transaction No and particulars of my account intimated.Only iI know it runs from Cyprus.

It is a total fraud. Don't fall for them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE & THEIR CALLERS, IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD.
YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY.
The caller convince you to pay the initial deposit of 200 USD & force you to deposit additional amount every second day. If you fail to do, they block your account. So you end up depositing further amount to revive the account.
As per their telecall advice only, the purchase & sale transactions are done, still it ends up in loss. Very casually they ask you to deposit further amount to recover the loss. We have to even listen to their comment - it is all part of the game.
Eventually you end up in a bigger loss & your entire amount is wiped off in a few days. We cannot even withdraw the amount seen in our credit balance.
No contact number, no address details for our follow up.
Total disgusting experience with all false promises, please stay away to save your money from these scamsters.

you will loose your hand earned money don't trust any of the online trading companies, instead you directly visit your bank and do trading on their platform it's best, when asked them to return back my money they said it will be credited to my account but now my trading account showing empty with no details showing about the trading done or 200$ deposited or I requested to withdraw 200$ and moreover they are asking to deposit another 200$, be careful I think I had lost my 200 $, be cautious , I had got back my money after some days. Thanks Lord Jesus he never let go your hard earned money

Totally Fraud

The company is in all probability an outright fraud one. No physical address. No phone nos. Account managers will sweet talk you into putting money. They are grossly incompetent for the job of generating returns from the markets. Don't even waste time with these guys. Very very shady. Lost 5200 dollars. Be very very careful. They are very good at totally destroying the account as a whole

As per the wrong advice of the portfolio Manager I have lost 924 dollars in a trade of CL-cash & 44.14 dollars in COCOA-cash, that is 968.14. Initially I was having 500 dollars & I earned around 183.78 dollars 200 dollars credit from FX, But due to negative trade I deposited 200 dollars on 22/8/2024 to sustain the trade.But still trade was running in negative. After a lot of efforts made so that Portfolio Manager to contact & give reply what is remedy , he said I am depositing 200 dollars from FX Road side. But you can see apparently that credit has not made any impact. It is lying in my trade account as it is. I have lost all my deposits 883.78 dollars & 200 dollars credit given by FX Road. Now I want FX Road to take up the responsibility & give back my deposit & earned dollars immediately as to open a trade CL-cash for 0.3 volume & COCOA-cash 0.01 was given by Portfolio Manager, as he is not suppose to give us wrong advice, market is uncertain how much volume to be invested is to be decided at the time of opening any trade.

Adding one more review of the worst conversation, the investment advisor. He doesn’t have basic respect to speak to a customer. His tone is always high and insulting. I hope there is some coaching which will be provided to him by his seniors to have a polite customer conversations.
He feels he is an account manager and doesn’t need to do the customer service. At the end of the day I had to remind him that we are all in business of serving customers irrespective of the grade or level we are in a company.
He also threatened me that he will not process my refund.
Dear FX Trading management team, kindly intervene and do the needful.

Fx road agent will ask to deposit money & when you request for withdrawals.
Money will be transfered to your account from different accounts ...but not from fx road
If you are i tax payee. You need to understand implications .
You must check this .
Morover fx road is not platform for Indian community.
Requesting all not to loose your hard earned money .

Not trustworthy, fraud & scam company who calls us asking for a deposit of $200 . Later also pretend to help but providing all wrong information. Later asking us to invest more.... Total fraud company & one of the major loophole FX road doesn't have withdrawal options, only funds to be deposited but we can't withdraw, now who ever is getting trapped just think about it...

Definitely a scam. Question now is: how do we expose the scam? This Platform is designed for scamming and fraud. Don't invest in this site. Photo give better explanation.
