It’s the same case with me too. They never allowed me to withdraw but insisted on more investment promising a good return which was never possible in withdrawal. They made me to withdraw from my credit card to the last rupee. When my credit card was due I requested to allow me withdrawal, I was told that suddenly the market has gone down and I have to pay more money to maintain the equity. The credit manager was shouting that if I don’t infuse more money I would lose my 17000USD. After I have invested by narrowing and from my credit card I was left with no option. Then they closed all my position and showed negative balance in my account. I have lost my money and now I am left with credit card payments + creditors. They are cheaters.

I am trading since 3 months.

One drawback is the withdrawal takes 5 to 6 days.

I have joined this platform in August 2024. I have invested my hard earned money of $12000 and made a profit of $19000, all profit was eaten by FX. Initially i just got $ 50 dollars in return. Until i take a position i received many calls from the Account Manager. As the trade goes in profit i would request him to do a withdrawal and he use to say wait for sometime and by the time, it goes in negative. The Account Manager encouraged me to pay some more money to maintain the margins for the withdrawal when i said i don't money to pay he insisted me to use Credit Card or borrow from yours friends or having SIP Funds. Since last four months i am struggling to get my money back. I am totally in debt. Requesting people to think carefully before trusting such platforms. Fx Road doesn't trade, they Loot.

I approached you initially after the Instagram ad that the trading will be done using Quantum AI where only 10 minutes a day should be spent daily
( as per the advertisement)

After depositing 200 Dollars we got call from Utkarsha two to three times in which I asked to call on my wife's number as she is good in trading and can do it better ( also gave her number) but I only got the call that too at times when I am in office work or outside when we decided a time as well.

Somehow my wife was able to connect with Utkarsha who was assigned the task to guide the first trade in which she took couple of trades and told to hold it until it becomes 10 dollars in green.
It never came to that position and Utkarsha was not reachable when really guidance was needed.
On dropping an email she even once got offended for why we are writing so many mails for support.

On just second day she was on vacation asking my wife to take care and monitor the trade herself ( for 2 days).

It never came back to profits and today entire amount has become zero in trading account.
What kind of support is this and who is responsible for this lethargic attitude. I need an explanation from someone in your team.

I will have to escalate this to maximum level because now no one is bothering to call back.

I need the refund of my money immediately.

I lost my job and had last money left that I invested on mr narayan RBI governors video link. It was a fake link as when call came I asked name of the app several times. But my assisting manager Asif kept changing topic. I am indian and earning even $5 a day is difficult. I deposited USD 200 in their account as manager instructed. Then for couple of weeks he called me to buy or sell some small trades and then after few days he started enforcing me to invest in their gold stating that if I put 4000 to 4500 USD in their account I will get 120% in next 2 weeks means from 4000USD I will make 8000USD or more. I had my last money I invested to he insisted me to arrange money from somewhere. When I finally said NO. from last 2 weeks, Manager or caller ASIF stopped calling me and I cant see withdraw option and zero balance in my account now.
I need my small but only livelihood last money back. I am a very active social media expert. If noone takes a step to return or help me, I will make FXROAD world popular for the way they cheated me and even asked to invest a massive amount in gold stating fake firm promise that I will make more than double money and always say that the offer is just for 1.2 days. I have mailed you to contact me or will spread across the word and cheating me with my last job left money that I wanted to increase to run bill's, home loan and school fees of my kid. In feeling sad and desperate how come people are using indian call.centers or agents (as the guy sounded) and making fool of us.
Soon my more than 4000 connects, insta to facebook, Meta groups will be sent a further forwarding message if I don't get my money. I will let millions know through reels and .edia about the fake address, website and cheating they have done with me. I cant sleep as in left with no.money.

Help me out as I don't want to deal with you any more.

Fraud company and fraud people , they loot , I lost my money

These people are full fake please don't invest any amount as they are scammer .
I hv invested 15L and got zero withdrawal. And when I have started asking about withdrawal they have close all the trade and close my account and no response. Don't invest beware.
Not received any form or such these are frauduster only. I have Reported this to cyber crime also asking people to report such fraud to save others. Not send any form as mentioned in reply these are fake people need to arrest them..
have invested more than 15Lakh INR and you are telling me you will try to return 1k USD. I will flash all this conversation on review let other people know and they should know how much fake you are

They are cheaters. now they are asking me to refund 3k usd out of 17000 usd and they want me do not put this on web and harrasing me if you will do this we will sue you by showing agreement. That means our hard earned money does not bear any cost and you cheater people and making money on our money.
They are liar fake misguiding people and after wards blame you only
Even I hv asked multiple times about money they did allow withdrawal also now threatening when I m asking about reversal plz note everyone. Dont trust them they are big fraud. Don't allow them to fool you

I am writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent practices of FXroad. They are a complete scam, operating only to empty customers' pockets and destroy their financial lives.

Aggressive Tactics to Secure Deposits: FXroad’s representatives relentlessly follow up until funds are deposited into the trading account. Once the funds are in, their attitude changes completely, and they start pushing customers into risky, poorly-judged trades.

Repeated Losses and No Returns: My experience has been devastating. After losing $65K in June 2024, I decided to stop trading. Despite this, their team kept calling me with fake promises of recovering my losses. Unfortunately, in the last 15 days, I trusted their false assurances again and ended up losing another $25K USD.

Pressure and False Commitments: Their so-called account managers insist on depositing more funds to "maintain margins" for open trades. They promise quick profits and virtual credits that will allegedly convert into actual balances. However, these promises are outright lies to force customers to reinvest and suffer further losses.

Fabricated Departments to Mislead: They claim to have “Recovery” and “Finance” departments, but these are just extensions of their scam. Their representatives give false hope that losses can be recovered, but they only drive customers into deeper financial trouble.

Best thing about FX road they will play with your mind and make you invest more and more and later you will start playing soccer. If you get profit that will be just like numbers in your trading account can’t be seen in your bank account.

I am just started my reviews about fx in trust pilot and most of them are having bad experience with it but still I can see that rating as 4. Now I will start sharing my experience to others .

"Beware .. FxRoad is BIG Fraud .. I lost $5250 in a month ..please don’t spend your hard earned money with FxRoad scam team. I read all the other reviews and it seems they have standard modus operandi where they will ask you to deposit more money to cover your losses. Also they will not credit our withdrawal money to customer account. Meanwhile they will withdraw the money from your FxRoad trading platform account but they will loot the withdrawal money and buy bread and butter for their families only as per FxRoad usual practice and cheat customers very nicely with fake emails saying that your withdrawal approved and executed and will ask you initially lots of bank statements to process the withdrawal money but end of the day you will not get single withdrawal money from FxRoad trap/fraud pocket. I am a victim and attaching a clasical fake/fraud email that they will send you regularly by email only without crediting customers withdrawal money to customers account. I am a victim and lost USD 5250.
Hence my advice is that FxRoad is number one scammer/cheater and don't transfer single dollars to their trap site of FxRoad trading platform through online. Please stay away from investing through this fraud company FxRoad. You are guaranteed to lose all your money."
In addition to above, SEBI India has to ban this FxRoad scammer from Indian soil ASAP to save innocent Indian people money.

Date of experience: From 23rd September till today.

Inspite of the fact that I have only PAN and Adhar to be used as KYC,and even knowing this fact I was insisted on making payment of Rs.18,202.worth about 200 usdollar by some people from your end.The money was transferred to JS Enterprise ,totally unknown entity as agent/broker. It is known searching Google.
It is mentioned here that both PAN and Adhar have been submitted in bank, so cannot be given.
It is also known that no one can verify your office physically since no one is allowed to take entry
In this backdrop, I would like to request you to refund my money transferred through Google pay on 25.11.24

No strategy and no focused investment or trades, . Bullshit co., does not reveal about their swap charges which is very high. They simply make you invest on trades based on some trading flatforms recommendations. They see that you hold on investment for a prolonged period though it is under negative so that their co. earns good amount of swap charges and to get reduce the swap charges they make you to invest more than 10000$ in silver/gold accounts. They don't value your money, egoistic investment pattern. Recommends to open so many trades without maintaining buffer margin. Please don't fall prey.

It is very fraud pl don’t invest in that one

Due to domestic reasons Iam not willing to continue with this scheme and I request for a refund of the amount that I have deposited. This is a total scam where I have currently deposited upto Rs21000.

Update as of Jan 2 2025: This is a scam. Please BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Never ever invest in this. We have lost out money trusting them
