This FXRoad is purely fraudulent organisation which will initially ask the customer to invest just 229 dollar and later the floor manager/account managers will call and force the customer to further invest etc.

If the customer doesn't respond in positive mode then they simply make the customer to invest in wrong portfolio and will make his investment NIL completely wherein finally customer will land into 100% loss.

The worst part of this organisation is that after sinking the customer into loss also again some new account manager will call back and ask to reinvest in some other portfolio mentioning they will revive the loss and if customer deny then they start humiliating the customer by using harsh language which is nothing but psychological stress on the customer.

FXRoad will dip the customer in loss and in return they will also humiliate without any sort of humanity.

I request everyone to post your feedback in respective social media and ensure to share the feedback with your friends to safeguard people who are not financially strong because this organization is not a genuine option for trading.

I personally lost 509 dollar because of this FXRoad and it is nothing but clear sign of fraud practice to target people and takeaway their money ruthlessly.

Think twice before trading on FXRoad on the advice of their managers.

I am writing this review to share my horrendous experience with FXRoad and to warn others to STAY AWAY! Their account managers are deceptive, and their investment advice is designed to enrich themselves at your expense. I lost all my invested funds due to their manipulative tactics.

Here’s what happened:

Initially, I was searching on Google for investment sites. I encountered an issue with registration on one site. The very next day, I received a call from FXRoad, claiming they were affiliated with the site I'd attempted to register with, offering to help me. This should have been my first red flag.

Believing them, I registered and deposited $200 about a year ago. Immediately, I was bombarded with calls from their "advisers" who pressured me to invest significantly more, specifically $20,000 (approximately INR 16 lakhs), promising incredible returns. They were extremely reluctant to provide any guidance on how to invest my initial $200, dismissing it as too small to be worthwhile.

Against their advice, I insisted on investing the $200, along with a $200 bonus they provided. Within a week, the entire balance was wiped out. The adviser became unavailable, and I received no proper explanation or support.

Recently, I received another call from a different FXRoad adviser, apologizing for my past losses and urging me to invest another $200 to recover my money. Foolishly, I agreed. The cycle of pressure and manipulation began again, with the adviser aggressively pushing me to invest $20,000, then lowering the demand to $1,000.

I refused and insisted on investing only the $200. The adviser reluctantly provided investment advice, which immediately went negative. I reversed the order and made a small profit. The adviser was furious that I'd acted independently and screamed at me, claiming I was putting his job at risk.

Despite the lack of reliable advice, I made some profitable trades on my own, accumulating $176 in profit, bringing my total to about $576. However, the adviser then turned on me, yelling that I was not allowed to trade myself and threatening that he would lose his job if I incurred any losses.

Then came the final blow. The adviser called with an "urgent" opportunity to invest in a commodity by short sale. The moment I invested, it went negative. Despite my protests, he insisted I hold on, I mailed to FxRoad support and also tried live chat, the manager insisted to hold it will positive as there is a big news about the commodity, promising/pleading he'd be terminated if I booked the loss. Within days, they closed the transaction without my consent, leaving my account balance at $0.

I have been scammed and deceived twice by FXRoad. They were intolerant of my profitable trades, but quick to offer manipulative "sympathy" and pressure me into further losses.

DO NOT TRADE WITH FXROAD(india)! Their predatory practices are designed to deceive your money. They are not interested in your success, only in padding their own pockets. Please learn from my mistake and protect yourself from this unethical company.

If FXROAD really concerned with welfare of their investor, I wish they compensate me the losses incurred for no fault of me. Will they!?

How to file complaint aganist FxRoad, to recover the money and with whom the complain be lodge. Those who were succesful in recovering their money, may post the format of the complaint for the benefit of the rest.

These must be paid reviews., the good ones. They call nonstop, even when you say you're not interested. They push hard and make promises just to get you to invest. At first, I got small wins and could withdraw a bit. But once I added more, they kept switching me between different account managers, and I started losing everything. When my balance dropped, they stopped contacting me.
No way i'm just going to let my hard earn money go, took me weeks of searching, found a way and i filed necessary complaint and got all they took back... i am happy to share my experience….

This is a follow-up to my earlier review about FxRoad. As expected, once a negative review is posted on Trustpilot, FxRoad typically responds with a standard message like, “Sorry for your experience. Our team will get in touch,” and Trustpilot will email you requesting more details (like your account info,phone no etc) to share with FxRoad.

IMPORTANT: If you do not respond to that email, your review will automatically be removed. This is how most genuine negative reviews disappear from the platform. Many victims are unaware of this and assume their review will stay. Please always respond to Trustpilot’s email to ensure your voice is heard and your experience remains visible.

FxRoad is using this loophole to manipulate ratings by flooding the site with fake 5-star reviews (which are not subjected to the same scrutiny). This is why, despite being a complete scam, FxRoad is showing a misleading 4-star rating.

Let me repeat: FxRoad is a scam. They target Indian clients, especially Tamil and Malayalam speaking customers, through so-called "portfolio managers." These people speak nicely, earn your trust, and then pressure you to invest more—often by using up your credit card limits. They promise high returns and quick withdrawals, which never happen. They keep giving excuses like “pre-market,” “pool market,” or ask you to switch to a “swap-free” account. My friend lost more rhan usd 150000

No real bank is involved. That alone is a huge red flag. Once your money is in, withdrawal becomes impossible, and their so-called support vanishes.

To all those who have been scammed: Make sure to respond to Trustpilot's request for details. If not, your negative review will be removed, and the scam continues to appear legitimate.

Please read all 1-star reviews—they are the real voices of victims. Don’t fall for the fake 5-star reviews. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money. Avoid FxRoad at all costs.

Average experience. Platform works fine but I've had issues with order execution during volatile markets. Support team is helpful but sometimes slow to respond. Their educational resources are good though.

My humble request to all readers: please filter and read the 1-star reviews first. Go through at least 5 or 6 review of one star - you will quickly realize the true nature of FXRoad and their scamming tactics.

FXRoad is running a well-organized scam operation, specifically targeting Indians. They employ so-called “portfolio managers” who speak fluent Tamil and other regional languages to gain your trust. One such person was Mashkoor, who convinced my friend to share sensitive credit card details and even guided him on how to take instant loans using the card.

He gave repeated false assurances of quick returns within 10 days. When the money didn’t come, he kept pushing my friend to invest more, always claiming the funds were “safe” and “secured.” But the truth is – the money was being siphoned off. Other names involved in this scam include Vibin, Sajan, and many more. These individuals will eventually face legal consequences.

My friend lost over $170,000 – his entire life savings – and is now suffering mentally due to this fraud. These so-called portfolio managers act charming and confident, but they are nothing more than professional scammers.

Also, you’ll notice a disturbing pattern: whenever a negative review is posted, FXRoad seems to flood Trustpilot with fake positive reviews to bury the truth.

FXRoad doesn’t even deserve a single star. If they don’t take steps to return my friend’s hard-earned money, we will ensure legal action is pursued to expose and punish them. Let this review be a warning to others – do not fall into their trap.

FXRoad is a Manipulative and Untrustworthy Platform – Avoid at All Costs

Despite FXRoad responding with templated "sorry for your experience" messages on Trustpilot, they never follow up to resolve issues offline. It’s been over two months for my friend with zero genuine response, after promising a $39,000 compensation in two installments — which, unsurprisingly, never happened.

After further investigation, I discovered shocking insights. FXRoad operates like a rigged online game, not a legitimate trading platform. You don’t trade with markets — you trade against their computer program, entirely controlled by the broker. There’s no transparency, no regulatory oversight, and no human counterparties. They manipulate chart movements, spike prices against your positions, and even change margin requirements — all while hiding behind legal fine print.

This is not investing. This is systematic theft masked as trading.

I urge everyone:

Do not invest further.

Withdraw your money immediately if you still can.

Beware of "Portfolio Managers" who sweet talk you into staying — they vanish the moment you request to close your account.

Ask yourself: Have you ever seen their faces or verified their identities? If not, that alone should be a red flag.

My friend trusted them and is now fighting for recovery. We will support him and explore all avenues, including legal action. Please don’t wait until it’s too late. Protect your hard-earned money and stay away from FXRoad.

It's okay. FXRoad works fine, but I faced some issues with the mobile app crashing. Also, the verification process was slower than expected. Needs more polish.

Decent experience but not very impressive. Interface is good, but they need to improve customer service timings. Sometimes responses are too delayed. Average overall.

Guys , after all blatant abuse and my post to the national cyber cell and finance minister i received a shady entry into my account ! Not sure who has paid back? I could only understand the amount by calculation!! Getting money is not enough to justify this platform ! The receipt of money without any credit note and a registered channel is fishy ! Not sure what kind of people are operating in the background !

Now, they are sending me emails to withdraw my review ! I have clearly notified that the review is real not like the one which is being paid by them to write good ! Do not get mislead ! 30-40% negative review is not a joke ! 60% are definitely fool and sooner or later they will repent ! All the review which says that they were able to withdraw money are fraud reviews ! Their business model is not to allow the withdrawl ! Infact, they don't have system to refund ! All having honeymoon period with this platform will soon be seeing a dreaded nightmare that will haunt you if you put your savings at stake! Rightly communicated by M. Balasubramanium, the people who pose as traders on this platforms are actually faking themselves! They are scammers! So,in case you are enjoying , keep enjoying because you won't stop if I ask you to when these scammers are creating a day-dreaming for you I would say- Experience is the best teacher ! The platform is alright, but I found the initial setup a bit tedious. Trading has been fine, and the spreads are okay. Support took a while to respond to my query, which was a bit annoying. It’s a decent platform, but could be better.

September 2024: The Trap Was Set
On September 22, 2024, I opened an account with FXRoad, depositing $200. My assigned "portfolio manager," **Mr. Mashkoor**, knew I had zero forex experience and only wanted to learn. Instead of education, I received relentless pressure—daily calls, emotional manipulation, and demands for more money.

**The False Promises Began (Sept 26–27, 2024)**
Within days, Mashkoor convinced me to invest **$6,000 via credit card**, promising "guaranteed profits in 15 days." The next day, another **$6,500** followed. They allowed small withdrawals ($100, then $500) to feign legitimacy.

October–December 2024: The Nightmare Escalated
For months, I was told my account was at "risk" unless I kept investing. Over 60 deposits later, I’d poured in $170,000. Every withdrawal request was denied with new excuses: "market volatility," "pending trades," or outright silence.

The "Recovery Lies: Pre-Market & Pool Market Scams**
When losses mounted, Mashkoor introduced fake strategies—"pre-market" and "pool market" investments**—to "recover" funds. I blindly invested **another $50,000**. Nothing materialized.

**December 2024–January 2025: The Bait-and-Switch**
A new "manager," Mr. Sajan, suddenly replaced Mashkoor. He admitted a "mistake" in my account and pushed for **$20,000 more**, claiming hedging would save me and will save my account by changing into pool market. It didn’t.

January 2025: The Final Blow – "Swap Charges"
Enter Mr. Vibin, a "senior manager." He claimed $400,000 was deducted as "swap charges"** and demanded **$30,000 more** for a "swap-free" account. It was another lie.

What I Learned Too Late
1. FXRoad is a professional scam network—Mashkoor, Sajan, and Vibin are trained con artists, not traders.
2. Psychological warfare: They exploit emotions, coach victims to take loans, and vanish when questioned.
3. Zero transparency: No statements, no performance data, no customer support.

Red Flags I Ignored (Don’t Make My Mistake)
Relentless pressure to deposit more. Guaranteed returns and fake technical jargon.
Encouragement to use credit cards/loans for funding.
Withdrawals blocked after initial small payouts.

Final Warning
FXRoad is a predatory scam. They destroyed my finances and mental health. If you’re approached, **RUN**. Report them to regulators ([name local authority]), and warn others.

They are Cheating broker. One of my colleague Mr. Anand from Hyderabad had lost 37 Lacs INR ( US$ 50,000 ) by March-2025.

I have received his complaint faced by him with this broker and i have logged in his account and traced all the records. Actually he don't know how to trade. Those scammers from FXROAD done the trading on behalf of him.

They often opened heavy lots in both the direction and charged huge SWAP charges and also charged high commissions. I have noticed all and i felt everything was wrong. So i have closed all the positions and at the time balance was US$ 14,000 and given withdrawals.

On very next day the FXROAD person called and shouted him to closing all the open positions. Then they threatened him and insisted to open more orders and the final result is he lost all his capital amount.

I can say this is purely a scam . This FXROAD registered nowhere legally. They are operating from London but speaking Indian local languages. So please don’t use this cheating brokers.

FXROAD IS A PURE SCAMMER BROKER

I appreciate the security measures they have in place, especially the two-factor authentication for account access. It gives me peace of mind knowing my funds are secure. The trading conditions are also fair—spreads are low during normal market hours, and leverage options are flexible. I had one minor issue with my account verification taking longer than expected, but customer support resolved it within 48 hours.

I am to submit that this platform is a fake platform and when you are going to be trapped is not known at all. they will fool you after geing good at the initial stage. there rating is also a part of there trapping strategy and the customers are forced to change the comments and rating after they try to bribe/trap them by getting the aggreement signed. I am already a victim to that and I am unable to withdraw my own withdrawable amount and after that I read the aggreement being sent by them and have not signed any after being a victim to them.
My recent instance is that they offered me a compensation of $10000 but my own withdrawable amout which is more than $19000 they are not paying to me. they sent me an aggreement, and on reading the aggreement I mailed them that I am not signing that as there was a trap in that. I am submitting the exact content from that which read as:
3 $10000 will be credited in y trading Account which again can be withheld at your end.
3(ii) You agree to waive all claims you have against the company regarding the foregoing matter, as well as any legal action. To this end, You agree to forever waive all rights that may have arisen under the law with respect to the pending Litigation and the above release"
3(iii) You hereby irrevocably release and for ever discharge tye company from any future claims arising from your trading account(s) with FX Road.
3(vi) You agree prior to receiving the reimbursement amount to delete and elimate any type of pernicious or negative comment made on the web against the company as well as notify any third party that has contacted you alleging that the company has fully dealt with the claim and that it has already resolved your issue.
3 $10000 will be credited in y trading Account which again can be withheld at your end.
3(ii) You agree to waive all claims you have against the company regarding the foregoing matter, as well as any legal action. To this end, You agree to forever waive all rights that may have arisen under the law with respect to the pending Litigation and the above release"
3(iii) You hereby irrevocably release and for ever discharge tye company from any future claims arising from your trading account(s) with FX Road.
3(vi) You agree prior to receiving the reimbursement amount to delete and elimate any type of pernicious or negative comment made on the web against the company as well as notify any third party that has contacted you alleging that the company has fully dealt with the claim and that it has already resolved your issue.
Now you can well acess how they are able to trap the customer and I again state from my conscience with a saying "IF WEALTH LOST NOTHING LOST, IF HEALTH LOST SOMETHING IS LOST AND IS CHARACHTER LOST EVERY THING LOST" and my conscience stated not to accept the above mentioned content of the aggreement otherwise I will be in a trap and could not write here turely and genuinely.
Thus I again request you all dont be a part of there trap. My Huband has been using other platform and do submit there rating is less than this platform but they falsely trap the customer and get better picture of them.

Basic problem is this Company is a fraud company and Trustpilot also being with people who are swindlers support them.On 10th January 25 fxroad.com (instead of fxroad.com ideally should be fxfraud.com) surreptitiously asked me to remit Rs:21,086\- into an account maintained by one Munees Prabha who is an employee at the Company.When I informed them on 11th January to return my money amounting to US $ 227\- they informed me on 16th January they are refunding my money.Today is 6th of March and so far they have not refunded my money.fxroad.com is today established as a fraud concern and Trustpilot is supporting them.Two times a gentleman from their "complaints department" called me from a foreign telephone number and promised refund of my money within 24 hours.Nothing materialised so far.I have sent reminders to the complaints department address-no response.I had written that I believed this Company was into mutual funds collection and that was why I had remitted the money.I have never ventured into stock markets trade.Have highlighted all this but to no avail.

My experience with fxroad is bad bad .I deposited 5 days before. Till now my ac not get access . Repeadedly msg via help line and support team and customer care service no proper response. While discussing cut the call no proper guidence my trading ac is 485332 ok
