Do not follow their own withdrawal policy
Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet and ran into troubles. Their withdrawal policy states "Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received and up to the initial deposited amounts. Profits will be withdrawn using Bank Wire Transfer or a crypto wallet." I have funded my account from a crypto wallet ($10K) and a bank card ($10K). Based on the above withdrawal policy, I should be able to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet and $10K to my card, then further withdrawals can be sent to either. I attempted to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet as I needed the crypto funds urgently, and was told "as per our withdrawal policy all refunds must go to your card first, then to other methods." When I contacted costumer service and the financial team and told them this is not what their withdrawal policy states I was ignored and only told to confirm the withdrawal to my card. This is an obvious breach of their own displayed withdrawal policy and given they're lying about that, I no longer trust this broker about any thing and will be moving my funds elsewhere ASAP. I would suggest you avoid this broker!

FXCC is a really good choice
FXCC is a really good choice. I like it as a broker. They have been established over a decade ago, so it they're not going anywhere pretty easily. I like their no dealing desk approach too because they ensure that the trades are got executed with conterparties without taking the other side of the trade.
which is a huge thing if you really want to trust your broker. it establishes a transparent environment for trading with minimal interference from the broker.
it is also a very budget friendly platform, which is another great advantage for a lot of traders out there.

I've never experienced a broker like…
I've never experienced a broker like this one , I get my withdrawals same day with BTC. Trading conditions and execution time is out of this world.
What mostly makes me happy the most is the 0 spread and zero commission. As a day trader this has remarkably increased my perfomance. My only disadvantage is that you are limited to 50 lots per trade so you have to open multiple orders.

I opened an account two weeks ago and they say that they giving me 100% bonus which is absolutely a lie.I had 580 Pound in my account plus 320 pound bonus they gave me so I had four position on gold and it went down for 440 pounds and they closed all of my position with out my permission and they took the bonus out of my account straight away. They were charging me commission and 9 pounds swap every night plus something called charges??? so know I made a complaint to their regulator called CySEC Cyprus securities and exchange and I will share the result here agai.

I think it’s a trustworthy broker from what I understand in the forex industry.
The simple fact that FXCC has been providing its services since 2010 continually tells a lot about the credibility of the company.
I used to pay attention to the background of any entity first. Specifically if it’s the financial company where my money is involved. I have to double check and make sure everything is clear and legal.

I would not say I am disappointed by…
I would not say I am disappointed by the broker, at least not yet, but they really need to improve their customer support. They are helpful and knowledgeable, but only if you are lucky enough to reach them.
While there were some positives, such as competitive pricing and a decent range of tradable instruments, the support service is inadequate for professional standards.

In my experience, there has never been a more accurate execution of orders. STP/ECN technology.
But it is necessary to be honest and to talk about disadvantages. The customer service is too annoying.

Exceptional journey

Lousy Broker. Will not allow more than 5 demo accounts to practice while learning. Trying to figure out how to trade is very difficult, and restricting people to 5 demo accounts is not practical. Do not trader with this Broker

trading costs are better than my other 3 brokers.
(trading costs evaluated by running same strategies and sizing, and checking net profits)
swaps are the best across the 4 brokers, including positive payouts.
Alex answers emails the same day, with no dodging the questions e.g. screenshot of the depth in their orderbook to judge spread cost for a pair.
