For full disclosure, I’ve been a property owner for over 40 years, in fact I became one on my 18th birthday, so mortgages and remortgages are something I’m pretty familiar with.
A simple, straight forward, stress free, and surprisingly quick process on the other hand isn’t something I’m used to.
