I learned about Fusion through a friend whose son, similar to mine, struggled during the first semester of freshman year. With sports and daily practices, I knew my son needed more individualized, one-on-one support.
Since enrolling, we have already seen a noticeable improvement in his grades — and just as importantly, he genuinely enjoys coming here.
The Head of School, Sarah Miller, has made our experience incredibly smooth and positive. She truly cares about each student’s success and takes a hands-on approach. The front office staff is always warm, welcoming, and kind. We are so grateful for the support and encouragement our son has received.

From our first interaction to our latest, the staff and administrators at Fusion have been amazing. They are so thoughtful, informed and empathetic with our kids. It 100 percent made the difference for our son. He's gone from being anxious and turned off to school to becoming engaged in learning, confident and progressing academically. We couldn't ask for more!

I was totally dreading Back to School Night. In the past 10 years, every meeting that we’ve had with teachers/schools has been about how problematic our son is – I was not looking forward to another session like that. After meeting his 6 teachers tonight – I am positively overwhelmed. Every single one of them had great comments about him. I started writing them down – a great critical thinker, a great writer, asks great questions, respectful, and on and on. We were sooooo proud to hear all that. We had great conversations with them and every single teacher wanted more information from us to help our son do even better – they all have his best interest at heart.

I was so excited that we went straight home and I read our son all of the teachers' comments. I don’t think he’s really EVER gotten positive feedback about school from anyone. We told him how proud we are of him and I could tell he was proud too. He kept my notes from the meeting to read over again.

We really have found the right place for our son. Fusion really understands him and wants the best for him. I can’t tell you how grateful we are to have found this school. The director Sara Yakhi is an angel!

I signed up for a trial to determine if this would be the right place for my daughter and whether the tutor would be a good fit. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. On the first day, the receptionist was very unfriendly. When I gave my daughter’s name, her only response—loud enough for everyone to hear—was, “Oh, you’re here for the trial,” with no greeting or welcome. It made the experience feel dismissive, as though purchasing a trial package was something to be ashamed of.

The second disappointment came during the lessons themselves. Out of the five trial sessions, the first three hours were spent solely on an assessment test, which I was told would be conducted separately. That left only two sessions for actual tutoring. While my daughter did enjoy the geometry portion that was finally covered, I felt the time was not used effectively.

The individualized attention you get was paramount in our daughter’s success in school. Also the faculty and teachers at Fusions were excellent. Our daughter was very happy she attended Fusion Academy!

Our son recently graduated from Fusion Academy and our only wish is that we had placed him there sooner. He was diagnosed with ADHD mid high school and having an extremely negative experience with teachers at his public school even with his full IEP. He had spiraled into deep depression and Fusion was recommended to us by his psychiatrist. He blossomed there under the considerate guidance and tutelage of his teachers. I swear he learned more here than he did in the 3 years prior. He gained confidence, maturity, and where before he struggled to get out of bed to attend school- suddenly he was looking forward to school. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience there and would recommend Fusion to anyone.

Fusion Academy - Warner Center saved my son’s academic future. My wife, Michelle, and I tried various boarding schools and private venues but they simply weren’t great fits for Noah. Head of School Sara Yhaki took my son under his wing and customized his path to success. Noah found his love for school again and graduated on time. Fusion gave him a second lease on academic life. And for that, we are eternally grateful.

Excellent school with 1:1 instruction, diverse course offerings in academics, arts, languages, and more. Students are challenged and supported on every level. Transparent communication between instructors, administrators, students and families.

Fusion Academy has truly made all the difference in the world for my daughter! She is genuinely engaged, excited, and looks forward to attending class each day. The personalized approach and supportive environment have exceeded our expectations in ways we never imagined.

Fusion has been a game changer for my son. No other school has ever worked for him. We are so happy to see him engaging and interested in learning. The communication from the top down could be a WHOLE LOT better, and is often confusing and unclear. It is also over the top costly and we are worried if it will continue to be something we can afford.

The staff is amazing and compassionate about individual situations. it’s so exciting to see my son Excited to learn.

As parents, we could not have hoped for a better educational experience for our daughter. From the jump, Fusion was extremely open, transparent and responsive to our inquiries. We felt very comfortable sending our daughter to the school. Our daughter, who was initially very nervous to attend Fusion was quickly won over by her teacher and staff. We also appreciate the weekly progress reports and seeing that our daughter is actually learning math and not just memorizing for a test. She feels the same way.

Individual class, instructors are great and the lessons are individually taylor Ed to the students needs and requirements.

My child has said the only time he felt he enjoyed learning anything was at Fusion. The Warner Center campus was a dream come true for him and for us.

The Head of School and Staff have been consistently supportive of our child. The school does an exceptional job of communicating with families and providing scaffolding for our student's success. The teaching staff work with our child and his learning needs with informed innovative strategies and a lot of caring.
