This tablet's an absolute joke
This tablet's an absolute joke. There's a two or three second delay between every button push. You can't put it to sleep and restart it literally have to force shut it down to bring it back. Not to mention windows apps are pretty poor but I can't blame the tablet for that. However I can blame the manufacturers for building a device with damn near no RAM creating something that is so underpowered trying to watch a YouTube video results in repeated freezes and stutters. This is not a tablet this is a coaster.

The symptoms you're experiencing — significant input delays, inability to sleep and wake correctly, and video playback stuttering — are not representative of the performance our tablets are designed and tested to deliver, and we'd very much like to get to the bottom of this for you.
In many cases, these kinds of issues can be caused by a software or configuration issue rather than the hardware itself, such as background processes consuming resources, a Windows update pending, or a driver conflict. We would hate for you to continue experiencing this without us at least investigating whether it can be resolved.
Would you be willing to let us look into this further? If you could share the model name or serial number from the back of the device along with your order details with our support team at eve@fusion5store.com, we'll get someone to look at this as a priority and advise on the best course of action —

The keyboard case
The case with keyboard is a good case as I use it. It’s thin and light weight and the design is good but wish it had a different mounting for the tablet to be more secured and more viewable angles would be a nice touch. But overall all its a good case.

A refreshing change
Prior to purchasing the product from Fusion5 I had a few queries which I put to their customer services. They replied promptly and answered the questions I asked in full which was a refreshing change to what has become the norm these days. The product is fine, it works as expected and the build quality appears to be robust unlike similar products from the far east.

Second replacement power supply
The power supplies have the worst pins ever. In 40 years of being an IT geek I'm not sure i have EVER broken a pin on a power supply. Luckily their support is responsive via email and the new one shipped quickly. There have new power supplies so hopefully this one lasts!
