I am normally very wary of buying things like furniture on line, but in the present pandemic there was little option. However I needn’t have worried, the two CD/DVD racks I bought are better than I ever expected. Beautifully made of oak, they fit in perfectly with my other oak furniture. Delivery was within the stated time scale, and packed with plenty of protection to prevent damage in transit. Altogether a superb company.

I phoned Furniture Plus after receiving my delivery of a York Oak Shoe Cupboard, to let them know how delighted I was with it. They suggested that I post a review on this web site to let others know how I felt.
The 4 week wait due to lack of stock was worthwhile. The cupboard is beautifully made, solid, and has an excellent finish on it. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful when I asked to inspect the unit before he left as there were areas of the box that had been damaged. The cupboard had been so well protected by polystyrene that it was in excellent order.
Communication with the company were very good, if they were busy they would phone back. My experience with Furniture Plus has been a pleasure, unlike some of the internet companies. Well done, keep it up.

Keith the delivery man was polite with great manners and the company delivered on all the expected requirements. Would recommend and would definately purchase from again!

We bought two bedside chest of drawers a couple of weeks ago and we are delighted with them. The quality, of the furniture is outstanding the fast delivery service made it an easy purchase from start to finish.

I have used Furniture Plus twice since being recommended by a family member. I was after nice Solid Oak Wood furniture for my home, but had a tight budget. I live in Leeds but made the trip over to the showroom where the staff were great, they were not pushy nor did they stand looking over your shoulder. They allowed us to view the furniture and were happy to help with any questions.

We ended up ordering online both times as we wanted to be able to go home and think about it, which again the staff were not pushy with us buying the furniture when in store. We ordered online and received regular updates about our order and was delivered quicker than expected.

The delivery guy was great, made sure it was in the room it needed to be and very polite.

Now the important bit... The furniture. I honestly can't fault it. The quality and the design is excellent. If I'm after any Solid Oak Furniture I will be using Furniture Plus as from my experience its the best customer service, best products and best price.

Good quality furniture at a very good price. Ordered over telephone and 3 weeks later phoned to arrange delivery. First class, quick and easy to order, professional service on telephone and by delivery men, would not hesitate to recommend them, they do what they say and provide a good service, very pleased customer (I ordered from the Avon Oak Range) and am very pleased with my purchases.

Excellent customer sales service and excellent quality product. Bought Dorset oak large tv unit. Looks wonderful in place in the lounge. Very solid and beautifully finished off. Bought from FurniturePlus before and certainly will do again when I am next looking for more furniture.

Ordered a piece of furniture almost 3 months ago, it said on their website that delivery would be within 4 weeks. Well I'm still waiting on it. Finally it should have been delivered today, but have just recieved a messaged saying unfortunately they won't be able to deliver today now. Have no idea if the furniture is decent or not as who knows when I'll get it now, if nothing else they need to switch to a courier that can actually do their job properly.

Refuses to accept my order. Keeps refunding me or they say they do. Now instead of a 2 week delivery it’s months. Avoid!!!

Furniture came as planned, the delivery guys took it to the required room, bedroom. Lots of packaging to take off, but no damage to furniture. I’d buy again.

Online ordering was straightforward. Communication regarding delivery was accurate. Furniture was delivered in perfect condition due to being very well packed.

Item arrived at specified time and carried to room upstairs. Staff member removed all packaging and placed item in the required position in the room. Packaging was taken away. Very pleased with my blanket box and the service I received. Will definitely be recommending them and purchasing from them again.
