I was weary about purchasing from somewhere new but took the chance based on all of the great reviews I read. I am SO happy that I did. Same product elsewhere $500- $600 more.. for the exact same fireplace TV stand! The product is perfect absolutely zero flaws, delivery was amazing and on time! I highly recommend FurniturePick!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I waited 2 months for my first order of 5 pc living room furniture. When it finally arrived, 3 pieces were severely damaged. Their customer service is a joke and had to call atleast 30 times. Took 3 more months to have them pick up damaged furniture and deliver replacement pieces. They never let me know they were coming to pick up old items which thankfully I was home. But I was not comfortable letting 2 men in my home but had no choice. They left all the heavy boxes outside. The boxes were all ripped up!!! 2 items damaged AGAIN!!!!!! The set is nice quality but not worth 5 months waiting!!!!! Despite asking for a partial refund on multiple occasions and they pass the buck and tell you the same lame excuses every time. NOT WORTH IT!!
All 5star reviews are fake
All 5star reviews are fake. They just misinform and waisting people’s time. They show that product is in stock but in real it is not. After you order it they contact you a couple days later and ask to wait two-three months until they contact manufacturer to make your order. Do not trust reviews on their website. FAKE!!!’

I absolutely love my furniture
I absolutely love my furniture. The quality is excellent — it’s heavy, sturdy, and beautifully made. The color is exactly what I wanted and it really upgraded my space. You can tell it’s well crafted and built to last.
The only downside was the delivery time. I was given a window from 4 PM to 8 PM, but they arrived at 8:45 PM. I understand delays happen, but better communication would have helped.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend them for the quality of their furniture.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I placed an order on January 12th, I never received a tracking number. I called and emailed multiple times and was told I would receive one soon and the order was in transit. It has been over 30 days, I’ve requested a refund and have yet to receive one! The manager called after I left a review saying if I don’t delete it they won’t return the package!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Furniture Pick! I wanted a good deal on my living room furniture, and I got it. The delivery guys were awesome—they kept me updated on their arrival time the whole way. I’ll for sure be back!
Delivery nightmare
We ordered a bar set that cost just under $2,000. When the delivery day came, the driver called us and said he didn't think he could make it to our house because of inclement weather. He told me it would not be a big deal and that they would just reschedule for another day the following week.
Since then, the only communication I've received from the company is an email saying we could have to pay an additional $125, on top of the $200, to get our furniture delivered. I have responded to that correspondence 3 times, twice by email and once by phone explaining we will pay anything additional since non-delivery was not our fault and I have gotten nothing in response. Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional.
Update: The good news is the furniture has finally been delivered with no additional charge. It is very high quality furniture and arrived with no dings or scratches. The bad news is the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday and on Monday I received notification that it was being delivered that day. I rushed home from work to be there, waited all day and no furniture showed up. At 6 pm I received an email stating it would in fact be delivered on Tuesday. So in total I missed 3 days of work because of botched deliveries.
Overall the furniture gets 5 stars, but the delivery process gets 0.

I needed to call the store to have an extra set of chairs added to my order and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Delivery men were amazing.

Buy at your own risk/expense
Dear reader, if you are on this site then you are looking to see if this company is legit or not, and like myself you probably read through several mixed reviews, many saying to stay away. And as a real person, that is not paid or a bot, I’m telling you to buy at your own risk aka expense and/or just stay away from this deceptive company. Before I decided to purchase anything from this company , I called to speak to someone about the white glove delivery. See, I live in a 4th floor walk-up in Brooklyn and understand that taking furniture up all those steps are labor some. So I called to see if it was possible to have the furnitures delivered up 3 flights of stairs, even if k had to pay extra. The rep named Matt said that he would check and give me call back. On November 18, 2025, Matt called me back to say that he spoke with the delivery company and that they would deliver it to the 4th floor with no problem and I did not have to pay extra . I ordered the furniture 2 weeks after that conversation. The furniture was delivered to their warehouse on Monday December 29, 2025 and sat in their warehouse for almost two weeks, before they reached out to set a date to deliver the furniture after I attempted multiple calls to establish a delivery date. They set it for Saturday January 10, 2025. The day arrives and they come to my building, someone comes up to my apartment and tells me that they do not deliver to the 4th floor without an elevator. I explained that I had already had a conversation with the company and they assured me this was not a problem. The delivery person said that the furniture was heavy and they can’t deliver it- he then calls his supervisor, who says they can’t deliver it because of insurance reasons. My building does not an insurance policy for delivery and if the company does not have insurance, then furniture pick should not be working with this company. With that they take the furniture back to the warehouse. It was a Saturday so I could not call the company about this as they were closed. So, I called the company first thing on Monday January 12th. The rep I spoke with was confused as to why it was not delivered and said that he would check with upper management and get back to me in 24-48 hours. I get a message an hour later from PayPal stating I was refunded for 17663.23, when I paid $2,311.16. There was no correspondence from the company, just a partial refund sent. I called to request a full refund for my total amount as it is not my fault that the furniture was not delivered. They stated that because there was no written agreement they charged me delivery and a 15% restocking fee. I did not realize that this company was full of liars and deceivers who would not honor their word, then I would have asked for a written statement about the furniture delivery. I have the voicemail where Matt called me on the 18th of November, to discuss the furniture situation. Again 2 weeks before I placed the order, why would I call the company 2 weeks prior to ordering if not to check that my order would be ok? If i knew that this company was full of liars and thieves, i would have requested a written agreement. I was then told that I could replace the order for curbside delivery, and then they would refund the restocking fee, but not the delivery. So then I would have to find a different company to come and bring the furniture inside. But Furniture pick has clauses that if they deliver curbside and you do not note any damage right there, they are not responsible for any damage to the furniture. So i would have to take everything out of the boxes on the curb in front of a NY apartment building to check for any defects or I’m stuck with defective furniture. I took step to ensure my delivery and they agreed. This is a deceptive business and now I’m in a dispute for the rest of my funds. So again buy at your own risk, or you will have to fight to get your money back. They literally stole almost $600 from me for furniture they did not deliver.
