I ordered a Keter shed on 27/09/25. I received an invoice, an order No. and tracking number. Turns out once FedEx had the tracking number in their system I was able to see its progress. I could not understand why my little old plastic shed had trekked half way across the world from Japan to be delivered on the 09/09/25 but not to me. After contacting FedEx who could not have been more helpful I was told that my details and the tracking details didn’t match and that the delivery was of car components that had come from Japan to be delivered to a company in Northampton. I phoned the number on the sheds web site…the number does not exist. I emailed them and you’ve guessed it…no answer. This company seems to be based somewhere in the USA. My order isn’t traceable. When I read the review left by the last reviewer here I realised I had been scammed. What is more I went onto order the Keter shed again after completing all the relevant documentation to hopefully receive a refund, the scammers are still trading under different guises. I recognised some of the headings and fonts. Different phone numbers had been supplied…I rang them and guess what? The numbers don’t exist. Do Not Order anything from this lot…my experience just confirms they are scammers.

I ordered two large garden storage boxes,I paid and received an invoice through via SHOP on the 27th
Later received a tracking number.
Followed the items across Europe,I noted it only weighed 5kgs,my boxes are about 20kg each, but thought it was a misprint.
4 days later it said,item 1 parcel delivered but to an address in Leicester,I live in Derby.
Tried to contact furniture house on the phone,number not recognised??
Emailed,no reply.
Contacted FedEx with the tracking number and was told it was, Not my name OR address on the parcel, and to contact the seller for correct tracking number
No reply,!!!phone or email.!!

Contacted my bank for charge back £200.
How do they get away with dodgy tracking numbers??
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They delivered the wrong bed that I ordered.
Some parts were missing for the bottom mattress they provided cheap very light wood that cannot hold the matress. They refused to deliver the remaining metal bar for bed underneath.
Tried to get hold of then .no success They are just taking me round from the driver to the management office.
Very awful company to buy from.
I think they are here to deliver cheap beds materials not what they advertised.
I will never ADVICE SOMEONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I THIMK THEY ARE THIEVES SELLING SPAREPARTS .AND ARE INSISTING ON.PAYING CASH .PLEASE PAY IN THE BANK SO YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
IM waiting if I don't hear from them I'm claiming my money back.
Total waste of time and space this silly Indian company thieves

I placed an order on 28 May after communicating with the Charles on the contact number provided. They do not reply to any emails or the live chat function on their website. I have tried 5 or 6 times.

After I placed the order, I never heard back despite multiple emails, texts and calls. It has been over two weeks and there has been no update on the status of the order, despite the fact that they originally claimed to provide next day tracked delivery.

I will now have to contact my bank to chargeback this payment.

It seems there is few companys going by that name but ive had same experience as the person below, sofa sank after 2 days!!!!@ they refused any refund or to take yhe sofa back even thought iav 2 weeks to give it bk. They ask for deposit to 'sofa master brothers' thats how you know its the fraudent one!!! If youre unsure ask for their bank details if its that, dont even consider the sofa!!!! Its made from such horrible material you could easily knock someone out with the pillows !!!!!!

Ordered a country style coffee table from a furniture house without telling the wife and she was over the moon when she saw it :) great quality and a fair price, would recommend!!
