Excellent product and service

I was very impressed by the choice of beds on the website and how easy it was to choose and order. The delivery costs and assembly of my new bed were very very reasonable and the delivery drivers who assembled the bed were very proficient. I received my bed in less than a week from ordering and I was kept well informed of the delivery process.
The bed is lovely, perfect for my bedroom, and it looks exactly like its picture on the website.
All in all a great purchase which I would recommend

I ordered a beautiful chest of drawers and I am delighted with it. It arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately one of the drawer handles was broken and I emailed the company and they delivered a new handle within a couple of days. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Really disappointed in the customer service shown by furniture.co.uk. The bedside tables I ordered are lovely however they arrived without the handles or fixtures. I had to contact the company three times before anyone sent them out to me.

Absolutely delighted with my bedroom furniture. Bought the Romance large drawers and bedside drawers in white with crystal handles. Beautiful furniture, so well made and exceeds all expectations. Delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were helpful and professional. Travelled all the way up to Yorkshire from Ross-on-Wye and they delivered at the time specified.
