Ordered items never arrived. Claimed evri had lost the parcel but weren’t able to share any tracking / shipment info for me to chase. Were clearly lying / fobbing me off. Wish I’d checked here before purchasing from Furnica! Caused delays to a job which isn’t ideal. Avoid this company as everyone here has said!

I bought some drawer slides and got a order confirmation. Waited about 1 month without any status updates or any updates at all. Sent a mail to them asking what happened to my items and tracking, The answer was that they was gonna contact the shipping company asking about what was my status of the package. Seemed strange since i never got a update that my items where sent or packed in the first place. Sent a new Email to them about 1 day later after that respond and canceled my order and requested a full refund. In the end i got my order canceled, and i received my money back in about 3 days after the order was canceled. Buy things at your own risk! and if you dont have rush getting your items or even getting them at all. Sad that i have to make a review like this.

Do not order from here . We ordered 2 things first one came very delayed and the second order we are still awaiting after 2 months . Calls are left unanswered, using a normal phone number . Company pretends to care during first order then goes to ignoring.

I ordered two items on 4 September 2025 and received the wrong ones. I contacted them via email. They replied once, asking for proof (e.g., photos), and then they disappeared. To date, 16 October 2025, there has been no further response to my emails, nor a replacement or refund. And it’s impossible to get hold of them by phone.

Shame on you!

Website is a scam. Never received items and received same message back saying ask again next day with no refunds. Talking to trading standards about them. Avoid at all cost.

Do not buy they do not deliver simple as that I am 259 pounds down the contact number is a mobile number they pretend not to hear you and don’t respond to emails

As so many others, never received an order that I paid for. Customer service responded to the first request saying they will inquire with UPS, on second contact they were blaming Evry, then never responded again.
One of those companies that collect payments and never deliver.
DO NOT BUY anything from this company.

Yet again order hasnt arrived my last one was very delayed but gave benefit of doubt when they blamed the courier this order is a no show. Cant speak to anyone and nobody replies to emails. Shocking service and i cant see me using them again. I really hate to bad mouth a company as i understand the impact but these guys really are difficult to deal with

I should've known this website was dodgy when I initially placed my order and didn't receive any confirmation email or anything even acknowledging my purchase. After a couple of weeks I still hadn't heard anything so I reached out to someone, who told me that there was a delay with my order as it had to be shipped from Germany, so I'm left waiting even longer. The only email I received from Royal Mail was when my order had arrived in the UK, but that was the only information I received. I was checking the tracking every day but still there was no update. I thought I would be given an update once it was on the move and enroute to me so I didn't check for a few days. However when I did decide to check the tracking again, imagine my surprise when it was marked as delivered!!? There was no proof of delivery, nothing to state WHERE it had been delivered to, and not even a notification to say my parcel has been delivered, I had to chase down the tracking myself to see this, which is unheard of with Royal Mail. I've emailed the company to see what the hell is going on but of course I'm met with silence. I don't know how this website can still operate as a legit business when clearly they're in the business of scamming people. Luckily PayPal managed to get me my money back, so all I can do is try and prevent someone from making the same mistake I did. Do not buy from this website!!

My order of replacement draw runners did not turn up. Contacted the company who said they will contact the courier and still not heared anything after a week. Very poor communication and items never turned up, with i had read other's review before ordering.

Order never arrived. Contact several times. Only one initial reply and that was blaming Evri. No further reply so can't get money back.

I ordered. I received no tracking number and my parcel was not delivered - probably because I was not home and could not have organised to be home as I did not know that the parcel had been shipped.
"We will send the product again". I am still waiting... and am getting no reply from the company to emails or phone call.

Much like others I paid good money and never received anything for it. No order updates and no responses to my attempts to enquire about said order. Have disputed with my bank and hopefully I'll receive my money back; wish I'd checked Trustpilot first.

Companies House shows that Furnica changed ownership in August of 2024, it seems the new owners are using the company's previous good reputation to scam new buyers.

Do not buy from Furnica. I have just visited their TrustPilot out of curiosity if my issue in not receiving my products was unique, but it looks like it’s the norm with them. I have tried contacting them several times and only received one basic response blaming Evri. Totally unethical and wrong, I just wish I had read the reviews sooner.

Bank refunded me the money I am glad it was only 100£ but also unnecessary delays as well

Purchased from them over 4 weeks ago, reading the reviews I wished I had not bothered, WARNING stay away from them. First response blamed Evri, which is a common theme reading the reviews. No responses since, I have requested a refund twice, no response. Next stop is trading standards. The owner MR KAMIL SIEDZIELNIK, obviously thinks its ok to run a business with zero customer service and just help himself to peoples money.

Do not purchase anything from this company it is Fraud. They will not send you your product and they will claim EVRI have lost it.

THEY ALSO HANG UP REGULARLY ON YOU AND WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS

I HAVE HAD TO RAISE A VISA CHARGE BACK AGAINST THIS SELLER

Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Poorly Communicative

We ordered drawer rails from this company with a clear delivery date promised — a deadline that was important for keeping our project on track. Unfortunately, the rails were not delivered on time, and although there has been a small amount of communication, it’s been minimal, vague, and ultimately unhelpful.

We’ve had to chase them repeatedly for updates, with long delays between responses and no clear answers. The lack of urgency or accountability has been extremely frustrating and has disrupted our schedule.

This level of service is simply not acceptable in a trade environment where timing and reliability matter. Based on our experience, we won’t be using this supplier again, and we’d caution others to be very careful before relying on them
