I ordered two hats. The delivery date came and went. I contacted they, they said it was the mail. The package arrived in Chicago and ten days later it still hasn't left.
I ask for a refunds, they ignored me.. Now i have to go to my credit card company.

I was happy to find Canadian handmade winter gear in real shearling at low manageable prices, I see too many american companies that sneak fake shearling inside and only use real trim on the outside. I am a return customer and have bought multiple gifts in rabbit fur and shearling. I ordered the wrong size had for my husband, who is XXXL, and they made a quick and easy exchange. Everything was prompt communicated well and high quality. Sheepskin is the warmest you can find in our deep winter and looks decent with fine overcoats. My husband and I look very tasteful in our sheepskin hats, and they will last a lifetime. I am glad to buy Canadian.

Purchased a Coco Pom Pom hat for my wife for Christmas. Received it within 4 days. The quality is very good and looking forward to my wife opening it on Christmas. Extremely happy with their service.

I bought a headband that can also be worn as a muff around my neck, in silver grey. It arrived exactly on schedule and when I opened it I was so delighted by it's quality and beauty that I danced around the kitchen! I just went back to buy the matching cuffs !!

I was so happy with my purchase that I made another one. And then another one! I bought a fur purse and got so many compliments wherever I would go. I will definitely order from here again, and again!

I really don’t understand how there are so many negative reviews. My experience has been the complete opposite. International delivery to the UK was earlier than expected, the quality of my fur hat is superb and the fit is perfect. 100% satisfied customer here - ignore the negativity, people!

Bought the fox fur headband for a Valentine's gift for my special lady. Order took 6 days to get to Arkansas. Exactly like pictured. Soft n elegant. It will be a nice accessory for her winter wardrobe. Cant wait to see my lady's reaction in 3 days! If she feel how i feel about it im going to have a nice Valentine's Day!

very bad customer service, I had a very bad experience with customer service and getting my money back, very nasty employees.

I ordered a mink head band $129.95 before Christmas never got it. They then put in a investigation with the post office witch took 10 days. After the investigation I called for a refund and was told a refund was put in. 4 days went by no refund. I then contacted my credit card company and they told me a refund was never put in. I then called Fur hat world back and asked for a supervisor. They refund to let me speak to a supervisor. They lady was very unprofessional she kept putting me on hold. Then she came back to the phone and told me I had to send them a email about my refund that should have been processed 4 days ago. And I have still not gotten my refund from this company. I will never shop with this company ever again. And I would like to worn other people beware of this company. I’m putting in a complaint with my credit card company about this company.

Ordered a full fur XXL muskrat hat. Paid almost 300$. Got a smaller size one, with leather patches and a very thin layer of the fur.

Stay away from them! Total rip off.

Dropped nearly $500 on 2 hats ...the $70 one fit fine (2xl) the $400 plus one (supposed to be 2 xl) might fit a small child...... lesson...go somewhere you can try on what your buying.....very disappointing!

I bought brown aviator hat and it's absolutely fantastic. At first I was worried about my order because of bad reviews on website, but I received it really qucikly and the quality of the hat is wonderful. Definitely worth money!

Scammers. Do not trust this website. They do not reply to your emails and will take your money.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I had an issue with sizing on a hat and told them up front about the issue. FurHatjWorld said that it should fit alright but if it didn't, I could just return the hat. When the hat was way too small, I returned the hat and ended up only getting two thirds of what I paid for it even though I followed all requirements to the letter.
Anyone buying from this company should be very careful about sizing and if there is any question, look elsewhere. FurHatWorld is not straightforward about their questionable business practices.

Fell in love with a mink hat from MaxMara weekend which was almost 300 pounds! Did a google search and stumbled upon furhatworld and they had the exact same hat for only £70! ordered the hat that looked 99% similar and it arrived promptly and was very soft and gorgeous looking!

Waited a week to hear back about my Trapper hat that smells like cat pee, I wouldn't order anything from this company again! Its sad that this company has no idea what customer service is, its all about the money, This makes me sick!

Great purchasing experience, was provided with the tracking details for both postal services (Canada Post and Royal Mail). Ordered the item on the Friday and received it on the Tuesday! Tracked it all the way too.

The product is really nice quality for the price and it looks well made. It is warm, comfy and cosy to wear, love it so far!
