I literally played every day checked in every day for these two spin three spins couple spins, doing so nearly every day for months on end, but like at least a straight three weeks in a row had checked in consistently after playing at least two or three times a week for a few months guaranteed just to finally hit my first little tiny win worth off of the daily bonus/streak which is miserable to get anything out of since it’s only ever free plays… honestly, I was very irritated and the black box set up that is existing between their support and their site was blatantly apparent, redundantly denied even upon rhetorical, questioning or rhetorical statements. Even after reassuring them that I understand the nature of it that doesn’t make it any less agitating, and the fact that you stand behind it so much so that I can reassure you that I understand and you still continue to state that that’s the case makes it even more clearly understood your position and how much I’m valued as just a customer in general, but they did put up with some of my angry mannerisms and aggressive expression, but I was transferred to four different people, highly irritating responses, and losing any progress made from one to the next. They blatantly took the money of my win, which I will give them the benefit that it is stated that that’s what you can win like .25… If you hit anything when you hit something if you ever do and no matter what you hit that’s the max or cash out and you do have to finish your spins even after you hit that so even though I want more than that, I still have to spin the other spins which just means every win still is gonna get taken away if I happen to hit something else. So even though they transparently stated that that’s as much as you can win to sat there that long every day trying that little tiny bit to see if it happens to maybe one time hit just win only that .25 out of what I wanna say I won was 2.52 or it might’ve been even only .56 either way only received the .25, which is hardly enough to even find a game to play on with just that at that point. But after venting and having gathered my head, a little bit two of the support people were pretty clearly and plainly asked why this was taken away and beyond the “it’s in the terms and conditions“ response that it is taken from winnings so everyone can have a chance… and given free plays are given so that it will “give all players fair playing opportunities… and …prolong and heighten their enjoyment or experience…” … … eventually I received a “broadening exposure to try new games” message… But I was pissed because .25 when I hit something more after that many days and weeks means that you’re literally retaining user engagement that’s it you’re not caring about the enjoyment and if those free players were provided in the currency or awarding in the currency, which gives real value then under both accounts, whether everybody has a chance or lengthier engagement, than neither on the user and would benefit from those actions except for the received spins, at the cost of daily login, checking at the promo page, connecting to games, and spinning (in my case daily for months) to hit a “win”, a “win” that is subtracted, reduced, withheld from you, doesn’t even affect your “wallet/balance” total/displayed value, literally just states the machine you spun’s win amount and at last free spin it loads an alternative displayed page with the “you won .25” spinning X# of Spins, and like the game name or something, so to no avail and denied of any kind of fun whatsoever when I can’t receive the amount won and have earned 1 spin maybe on a machine if I can find one with a wager that low, and so in my opinion completely not given fair play, and the small amount of a won benefit I would have worked, played, or engaged with the site for having been taken away, or one single spin, maybe, after working to find a game that had a wager that goes to that small of an amount would literally be the opposing reality of “prolonging enjoyment”, and if it’s that much to get MAYBE one lousy spin, then you also (considering usual odds for similar, black box frame, required social media platforms follow and action, affiliates, or with the site, don’t supply free currency offered & unredeemable, inability to assist anyway, and lack of transparency/knowledge states you’re not giving anyone really “fair” terms… “Fair play”… or even a fairly decent chance at any event for player interaction I could see as beneficial, fair, or even enjoyable. Actually removed it when not even allotting winnings and not being kind/helpful with it. So I asked if that all is because they technically can’t be off in accounting, if they do something worthwhile with that win, or if they confirm/deny it’s gambling, Can’t deny, do zero with it, nor can confirm it’s not… I got transcript but overall !!👎!!
